Outside a crackling and tense feeling in the air, close to Phoenix's casket, began.

Orm was inside the ship, practicing a bit with his sword.

Phoenix continued crying in her little winged shell.

OoC: Alas I must be off... @Hatch: control Katrina. @Outis: ... Eh, you could control Phoenix if you like.

"That was before I was poisoned. It's been made clear to me. People are not to be trusted." Terra replied. She wondered why Raven suddenly passed out, but figured it was due to exhaustion.

Terra-2 chuckled when Mitsuru was knocked out.

"But...L-look, Terra...I know I messed up bad...I know I didn't look out for you like I said I would...but...but you can't just leave...[sub]I don't want you to go...[/sub]" Jean said, her eyes becoming watery.

 

[Kirke]

The electric feeling continued to build up, before what could only a described as a portal appeared and a very eldery man stepped out. He was relying mostly on a walking stick to move about, and had a black hat on his head.

 

[Chungus]

"I can't stay. I'm not going to risk it, getting used again. Getting hurt again. I'm not goung through that again!"

Terra-2 looked at the man that stepped out of the portal. Another new face?

Venomion sighed and shook her head, deciding to just rest for a bit.

Dokurod and Odile were walked about and saw the old man walk out of the portal. "Yeah...'everyone in the world is dead'...that death god is full of it..." Dokurod commented, Odile just tilted her head.

"But...B-but please! Just give me another chance." Jean pleaded.

 

[Chungus]

"And what happens then? It goes well for a while, I get my hopes up, and then I'm betrayed, that's what. That's the way these things work." Terra remarked, crossing her arms and looking down at the ground.

"But...then what's the alternative? You're just going to go and live on your own? And probably die on your own. Is that what you really want? How long can you possibly last out in this world? You said you don't know much about this world." Jean

Raven woke back up, slightly less pale, but he still looked weathered, or at least more than before "...What's all this about being betrayed, Terra?" he asked

Mitsuru was still unconscious, somewhere deep, deep in her subconscious she vowed to smack whoever did the patch job

The man looked around, with eyes that seemed dim.

 

[Chungus]

"Yes. as far as I'm concerned, this dead world is perfect for me. Not another person in sight. And no, I don't know much about this world, but I'll learn. I'll have to addept." Terra said to Jean, then looked at Raven. "I was poisoned... or something. And then... it hurt so much... And no one did a thing!" she said to Raven taking a step back. "I won't let that happen again!"

Odile did a slow clap, partly because Dokurod couldn't. "That was quite the impressive portal..." Dokurod said to 'the man'. "Impressive....portal..." Odile repeated, then stopped clapping.

 

[Outisakanobody]

"It's not going to be dead forever though. Wouldn't you rather be around people you can...sort of trust, rather than being in danger of running into complete strangers?" Jean asked.

 

[Furioso]

"Eh? No one did anything? Sweetheart, if I recall correctly, Jean was so angry that that Medic guy hurt ya that she killed him... I can't agree with the methods, but seems she really cares about ya"

 

[Kirke]

"Yes, 'tis quite useful..."
The man said, looking over at Dokurod. In spite of his dim eyes, Dokurod would feel a strong look weighing on his mind.

 

[Chungus]

"If that's the case, then there must be a quiet place I can live somewhere..." Terra said to Jean. "That... That doesn't change the fact that I continue to used and hurt... It's just going to happen again, eventually." she said to Raven.

Terra-2 continued to silently watch the new arival.

"I Suppose it would be..." Dokurod said to the Man, Odile tilted her head. "Who....are....you?" She asks.

 

[Furioso]

"Aw Terra, don't act like that, you know, yer not the only person around here who's been used before" said Raven, a distant look in his eyes
