Phoenix sat down with Jean. "Yeah... But... Can you believe what Terra is saying though? She making us the bad guys when we keep trying to help her."

Katrina was leaning against the walls of the ship, thinking.

"I would have to decline that offer ranger, drugs inhibit the Hunt." he continued to examine his ship, before walking to Katrina and leaning next to her. "Looking heavy my dear. You okay?"

"Yeah...pisses me off..." Jean said.

 

[Demonjazz]

"Alcohol and tobacco are drugs. You know everybody is saying that to me but I've never heard of anybody else saying that before"

"You and I both." Phoenix nodded. But then she sighed. "Well... At least... Maybe after all this craziness is over... Maybe, just maybe. She'll understand."

Katrina slowly opened her eyes. "Yeah, I guess... I just kinda... Out of it for the moment."

"I hope so..." Jean said.

"You sure that was it? I've seen that thousand yard stare in quite a few warriors. Hardly does you good."

Phoenix scooted over to Jean and gently rubbed her ears. "Yeah... Just maybe..." she said.

"Yeah... Just got a few things on my mind... And my dad left the Darkness Orb here, but it seems that... Well the Resistance found what The Rose was building and destroyed it. I should be happy..."

Katrina unfortunately turned. "Our situation is nearly hopeless. The Rose's power is near infinite. They always have backup plans and backup plans to those backup plans. Its like fighting a mountain."

 

[FPSfanatic]

"The rose? Those men seemed like simpletons. They just charged me, easy enough to disarm and kill. I suppose that if you have to fight them on a similar level they'd be quite difficult, but give yourself a tech advantage and they're a cakewalk." Long fang ejected his blades out and examined them, removing one of the fox pelts and using it to clean off the few bloodstains still clinging to the blade. "But then again, I'm a star traveling alien, so what do I know?"

After a while of standing, Terra-2's legs were starting to grow tired, plus she was getting cold, so she decided to head back into the ship.

Jean leaned into Phoenix more and started purring sadly.

Raven walked around the trophy room, he was about to poke and prod the things on the wall, but decided against it

Mitsuru looked at Katrina "That reminds me, did you ever finish deciphering those papers we found in the safe?"

Phoenix allowed Jean to lean into the rubbing. It was the only thing she could do to comfort a friend at this point. She continued her actions, placing her other hand on Jean's back, rubbing as well.

"Yes. It all pointed to Oaklore. But alas, the Ultimate Bacon Orb is still in play for The Rose's plan. As of now... The Magic Resistance will have to wait for The Rose's next move." Katrina announced sadly.

"And as for the soldiers you have been facing... The more experienced soldiers still use magic for a means to an end. Luckily you guys didn't have to face a Technomancer."

Jean's face took on a more tranquil expression as Phoenix did her thing.

"oh so those were their recruits? I don't suppose they were the more stupid recruits?" Long fang finished with his cleanings and carefully examined the blade, polishing it to a dull sheen. Raven would find one wall covered with a thousand predator helmets, reaching to the top and bottom of the wall. the other 3 walls are filled with the skulls of various creatures, from everywhere. Sitting in the center are weapons on pedestals, some human, some Predator, some... others.

OoC; @FPS, everywhere you say? Hm, that probably wouldn't be cross dimensional

OOC: Well I can't get any more work done, so I'm back folks.

Etna had zoned out while sitting in the bridge. "What." She suddenly said as she snapped out of it and looked around. The room had a distinct lack of bloodstains, so Etna could only conclude that Terra and her clone hadn't killed each other. She got up and left, figuring they might have fought outside.

Flonne was busying herself with cleaning Long Fang's ship as usual, though there wasn't much more work to be done, as she had already made the place look spotless with her previous work. She decided to take a break and walked outside.

OoC: @Furi well if they were able to cross, then surely it was possible. Hell, a hunting party might have crossed dimensions and not realized.

Phoenix let out a weak smile as she continued her actions, scooting alittle bit closer to Jean again. Just like a cat...

Katrina shrugged. "Either way..." Katrina looked away.

After much gawking over the masks and skulls, and almost forgetting to not touch anything about 12 times, Raven had his fill and walked out of the ship "Man, tha guy would be a shoo in for the Hunting Blades"

"I see, so what should we do about the Rose for now? ...Wait, did you say Bacon Orb?"
