I would never live with myself. I've hunted them in barracks, when they thought they were safe..." Long fang turned and stared at Mitsuru. "I wasn't afraid to butcher them, like swine. Now, I'm repelled by it. But is that the justification the universe needs, to keep shoving me down like it does now? I've lost everything. I thought I could keep my demons down, stop them from making me doubt myself like I do now, but I don't think I can."

"Oh like I even really care what a human thinks." Etna replied to Halt, though it sounded like she might have been trying to convince herself as much as anything. Despite what she said, her tail did seem to wag in an ever-so-slightly happier fashion from the complimentary part of what Halt said.

Phoenix continued to smile at her friend, increasing the intensity of her actions just alittle and adding abit of her Elemental power of heat to creating a soothing feeling.

On the inside, Mitsuru now hated Long Fang. The very idea that he murdered humans repulsed her, but to describe it as butchering them like swine... he must have murdered a great deal of people. Even so, it did not show on her face, she had to remind herself that he was not from her world, and that they would likely need him. She would keep a close eye on him though

Flonne walked back into the ship to get a pack of ice from the medical bay. She stopped in the doorway when she noticed what Jean and Phoenix were up to. She was stunned, so she just stared at the two of them, her face as red as a cherry.

@Jean: *Le eyebrow raise* "...Seriously? That's the reason? Then why do you even keep them like that? Haven't you been dead for like twenty years by now?"
