Crystal was still asleep on the ship. "Crystal...." A voice called out in her head. "W-what...who's there.....what happened..." She said as she looked around. "must of been my imagination" She thought as she got up and walked outside.

"Hmm..? Oh why yes the little boy with the electrical personality, I was just being complemented by Ms. Terra that apparently isn't as tone deaf as most of the rest of you."

"It certainly is that." Jacques agreed, placing the hat back on his head. "In less than a week I have seen ships that travel through the sky, cities turned into forests of steel towers, untrained militia women fighting with the speed and skill of the hashashin, guns that can fire again and again without reloading, and people consorting freely with ghosts and demons. It is a strange world indeed."

"Something odd about the boy... must keep an eye on that one" thought the chair

Scorch still stood leaning against the ship, his helmet on and arms crossed. He looked straight forward, but behind his visor he was studying the group.
OoC: @Rosh By the way, the DC-15s (The weapon Scorch gave Jacques) is not a laser weapon, but plasma based. It fires heated gas.

Terra was still giving Karl a nervous glare when she heard the chair speak. "What...? Who said that?"

Jacques grinned with Phoenix.
"You know Madamoiselle, you have me at a disadvantage. You have my name, but I do not..." He trailed off at the sound of a horse neighing frantically, as though spooked by a predator.
"Ah, it will have to wait. Excuse me, Madame." He said quickly before setting off at a brisk pace to where he had left Couleuvrine.

@Furioso: Can any energy sensing stuff be done with the chair? Karl has been known to be able to sense energy.

"One second thought maybe uncultured fools is better than tone deaf. You see little boy, Ms. Terra can actually recognize and much better remember quality music when her ears are graced with such talent." Karl said as he put one hand to his cloak.

"And what do we have here, a talking footrest?" Karl pointed to the chair.

OoC: @Rosh If she thinks that's bad, then Scorch would be extremely high threat level. The DC-15s fires 8 shots before recharging and the DC-17 fires 60 before reloading. Not to mention a vibroblade, various types of grenades and explosive charges for all purposes.

"Good morning" She said with a small smile.

Tao ran outside. "Who's been in Tao's cookie jar? Meow" She said, slightly annoyed.

"I'm a chair not a footrest silly!" said the chair to Karl

Terra simply stared at the chair that should totally be named Kuddles. Even with all the wierd things she had seen since comming to Earth, this was beyond belief. At a loss for what to say, Terra turned to Crystal. "...Hello."

OoC @Furioso: If the chair can sense energy, it could probally feel that something is amiss with Terra.
