"Comment se fait-il que vous soyez ici, dans cette ville morte?" Jacques asked, squinting suspiciously at the other man. He knew there was something not quite right about him, but he could not immediately place it.
(How is it that you've come to be here in this dead city?)

Terra the coat on, but found that it was a few sizes to small for her. [sub]"That's a shame..."[/sub] putting the coat back on the rack, Terra looked around the store more. Eventually, she picked out a small white dress, a blue belero jacket with light-blue semi-transculant sleeves, a blue cape with wing design near the collar and white ankle boots. While she was at out, she picked out a new hairband and blue tear-shaped earrings. Satisfied with what she found, Terra went into a changing booth to change.

Kanji found more than he expected while digging, but none of undamaged, growing bored, he wandered towards the intact part of the city to search for the group

Jean helped Phoenix out, then tried to show her some cloths to wear.

Phoenix was able to pick out a few pieces of clothing, a white slightly fitting shirt, and a some jeans.

She turned to Jean and hugged her. "Thank you..." she then ran over to Tao and hugged her as well.

Jacques began to approach Marice cautiously. He was starting to suspect he knew what was amiss about the young man.
"Et comment avez-vous survivre?" (And how did you survive?)

After getting changed, Terra blew a sigh of relief that Toa didn't barge in while she was naked, then left the booth, carrying her old clothes under her arm.

She walked ouside when she saw Jacques talking to a new person.

"C'est triste...pense que je ne serai pas ici depuis longtemps. Il sera mon temps assez tôt." Marice said. (It's sad...Thinking I won't be here long. It will be my time soon enough.)

Jean returned Phoenix's hug, then looked to see if anyone else needed help.

Crystal put a few clothes in a small bag.

Probably a good thing that Axel wasn't around for the clothes shopping, considering he just recently found a video camera...
Anyway! Stuff'n'things.

Axel wandered out of his sleeping spot after his morning routine and found that no one else was around. He did notice a feral dog wandering nearby, then he got an idea in his head and skittered back into the ship to grab a few things.

"Who's that...?" Terra asked Jacques, giving the new man a suspicious look.

Jacques began to lose patience, wanting answers rather where Marice only raised more questions.
"Parler clairement!" He demanded. "Que voulez-vous dire par là?"
(Speak plainly! What do you mean by that?) He glanced at Terra.
"I don't know. He calls himself Marice, but that's all that I can get from him."

 

[Furioso]

Kanji reached the shop, and seeing the strange man, asked "Hm? Who's that?"

"Th-thanks Tao..." Seeing a rather long and random piece of blue fabric hanging by the bras, Phoenix walks over to grab it.

Huh, maybe if I was too... She took the piece and made it into a makeshift headband.

Terra moved her hand to the hilt of her sword as she looked at Marice.

"Meh. Bonne chance, avec ce que vous faites." Marice said before he disappeared.

Jacques hissed in surprise and frustration as Marice vanished, and advanced to where he had been standing, waving his hand through the empty space as if expecting him to still be standing there, invisible.
