Winter thought hard for a moment. "Only some parts. Not the entire thing. The entire point of these clones is for them to become their own personalities. Not a copy of myself, or Nova for that matter."

A penguin-looking creature with proportionally tiny bat-like wings and peg legs walked through the area where everyone was situated. It was carrying a burlap sack full of something. "Hey doods." It said, in a rather high-pitched voice, to everyone as it passed through. "Hey, wait a minute...Aren't all you humans supposed to be dead, dood?" It asked.

Jacques sat in silence, listening to the others talking. He didn't really feel that there was much he could add, and instead drifted back into his own thoughts, preparing himself for the explanation he would eventually have to give.
