Once Terra left the ship, she closed her eyes and took a deep breath, taking in the silence. Eventually, she opened her eyes again and looked around when she saw Jean. "Hello..." she said softly as she climbed down from the ship and walked over.

Jean gave Terra a nervous smile and wave.

 

[Chungus]

"Do you enjoy the silence too?" Terra asked as she sat down next to Jean.

"...Sort of...not really...I miss the people..." Jean said sadly.

 

[Chungus]

"Oh... I... suppose it will get a little dull after a while." Terra replied as she sat cross-legged, lookuing up at the sky. After a short pause, Terra looked back down at Jeana and asked, "How long has it been like this?"

"Hmm...I am not sure...months?" Jean said.

 

[Chungus]

"Hmm... But... you've been alone with your master anyway, right? So why does this make any diference to you?"

"Just...knowing there is no one around...anywhere...it...it disturbs me..." Jean replied.

 

[Chungus]

"I'm not sure I get why... if you spend your entire life alone anyway."

"I don't...really like being alone..." Jean countered.

 

[Chungus]

"But then why do the work you do?"

Phoenix wakes up, rubbing her head alittle.

She walks outside and breathes in the cold air. Despite her clothing being slightly skimpy like before, she didn't feel any cold.

A portal opens up as an armored figure walks out wielding Ookami.

Jean gave a small smile before giving her answer. "I owe it to my master...I owe him everything." she said.

OOC: My mapping work impressed the professors... I'm hitting the gym again... and its sunny again. Things are getting back to the way they should be. Now if only my samples weren't stinking the place up, everything would be golden.

Jacques emerged from the doorway of Samus's ship drawing his heavy black cloak tighter around his shoulders. His breath appeared as wispy clouds in front of his face as he came down the gangway.
"Le froid est vivifiant." He remarked as he went to join the others who were up. "A far cry from Lyon in Spring though. I think I prefer that myself."

OOC: So...did we actually make it to Russia?

OoC @Berk: It's raining here. But that's alright. Rain>sun as far as I'm concerned.
@Outis: Nope.

Terra gave Phoenix a short and awkward wave, then turned back to Jean. "How so...?"

Phoenix walked over to Terra with a shy wave and smile. "Oh... Hi... Is there something up?"

"I...shouldn't go into it." Jean said, waving to Jacq and Phoenix.

OOC: @Nailik Not when you have to go out in it. Rain is only good at night, when you're indoors. Sun however makes fieldwork that bit less unpleasant, and can make for a great day out if you're with friends.
