"I... I don't know." He finally admitted. "I did. We were told that witches were the daughters and concubines of Satan himself, and that we were to burn them whereever we found them. After a while though, I realised that a lot of the time, people really didn't seem to know what they were looking for when they captured a witch. There were no strict guidelines of what revealed a person as a witch, what they could do, who might be one - it wasn't even certain if men could be considered witches too, some said yes, others no. Often it seemed like they were just guessing." He almost added that he himself had been accused of witchcraft, but stopped himself, remembering what had happened with Medic and Scout.

Jin continues to remain silent.

Phoenix double palmfaces and tries to get up. She fails.

"And where's that?" Etna asked Kanji. She smiled at Kanji's compliment, managing to squelch her desire to snicker at his own ridiculously huge coat. "Yeah, I had the prinnies make it for me."

 

[Furioso]

"Well, I don't know where it is either..." It was then that a thought struck him "Wait, the Prinnys made this? They can sew?"

Terra nodded and stepped out of Bane's quarters. "Sure. ...And apolagy accepted."

Jean went and helped Phoenix up.

Samus woke up, took the group to Volgograd, then went back to sleep.

"Oh right..." She said to Jacques. "Well my family was not like that, so surprising to say Satan is NOT my father, but Witches are not all bad and as long as you to burn me to a stake I have no reason to attack you" She added with a small smile.

Tao ran about and saw Phoenix. "Your awake Meow"

"Or we could do that..." Cloud said as the ship moved.

Zack ran into the area with the others. Geez. Give a guy some warning next time, would ya?"

"[sub][sub]Damnit....Ow, ow, ow owowowow...[/sub][/sub]" Phoenix grumbled under her breathe, with Jean's help. She clutched her head again.

Jin glanced over at Zack, and resumed his usual grumpy mood.

"Some of them can. I make them do all my chores, so I figure having some around that can sew might be useful." Etna said to Kanji. "Just don't ask me how they manage it with flippers. Even I don't know that." She added with a chuckle. She felt the space-ship move, then looked out the window to find that they had arrived at a city. "Well that's awfully convenient." She commented. She whistled for the prinnies, then hopped out of the admittedly convenient hole, gently fluttering to the ground outside.
The prinnies she brought with her all followed, the one in the front tripping and causing them all to land outside in a clumsy pile.

"Are you okay?" Jean asked Phoenix.

We shall say the group is a fair distance outside the city.

George over heard this new person was a witch and goes over to her "Your a witch. Hmm don't think I've seen one of those in a long time. They get way too much bad credit just like necromancers though. I mean what's so bad about rising your people from the grave for a couple minutes and than having them turn into glowing magical dust"

Terra walked over to where everybody else might be and saw that the ship had moved. "Where are we...?" she asked no one in paticular.

"I'll keep that in mind." Jacques chuckled. He briefly looked Crystal over appreciatively.
"You really don't look as I would have expected a witch to look." He noted. "When I heard stories of them growing up, I imagined covens of cackling, snaggle-toothed crones whose twisted visage reflected the blackness of their souls. You look... well, not like that."

Jin follows Etna, walking outside.

"[sub]No... Still... headache... Hurting...[/sub]"

Cloud walks down and opens up the storage on his bike, picking out the Fusion swords and placing them in his holster before heading out.

"So what's the big idea?"

 

[Furioso]

"Prinny" and "Sew" had gotten Kanjis creative juices flowing, and while the ship traveled to its destination, he retreated to his quarters to work on something. When he emerged, a slightly noticable bulge could be seen in his coat where one of the pockets would be. "Alright!" he said, "Let's get going!"

"Oh...you should probably stay in the ship for now." Jean said to Phoenix.
