Terra ducked down when pieces of debris flew through the air. Getting back up, she ran up to Phoenix and grabbed hold of her, placing her feet on Phoenix's leg armour while holding on to her waist again. This time, her survival instinct overided whatever it was that made physical contact always so uncomfortable for Terra. "A lift would be good right about now!"
Just before Raven hit the ground he released a glowing arrow at the spot where he would land. When the arrow hit a funnel of wind propelled upwards to cushion his fall. When he turned to see the rocks flying at him he attempted to dodge them with the agility more befitting a man half his age.
Ok, I gave what character I'm gonna play if I ever get back in this some thought, and I want to try out my OC. I know when I've talked about the character in the past they haven't been popular, but I want to try them out, see how they develop.
If anyone still wants me here, and if there's enough time for me to introduce the OC, PM or quote me and say if you'd prefer them or Vergil. I'm leaving it to you guys.

An adept in the Deimancers, an organisation of mages that use special crystals called deimonds to manipulate energy. Born from an aristocratic family, she wasn?t really happy sitting in a mansion all day and spent her free time exploring the abandoned parts of the deimond mines underneath Shinestone. Due to her growing up in Shinestone (a city with a large amout of deimonds) and her room overlooking the Deimancer academy she quickly picked up various magic techniques, and aspired to join the Deimancers from a young age. A few months before her initiation, while she was exploring the tunnels, she went into an unstable tunnel which collapsed, trapping her for 4 days. Eventually some miners heard her and dug her out. Unfortunately, the collapse had nearly crushed her left arm from the elbow down and left her with serious claustrophobia. Despite her accident she still joined the Deimancers, and, thanks to experimental healing magic, had her arm healed, though it still has scars and she doesn't really like showing it. She joined the academy at 14, and is now 25. She is a bit of a glory hog, and not very sociable. On top of the casual racism typical of Shinestone natives and the class-predujuces of being from a near-noble family, she sometimes tries to belittle her fellows and play down their accomplishments to try and make herself stand out in the hope of being rising through the ranks more quickly. Despite this, she is good at heart, it's her upbringing and her drive to succeed that make her act like that. She has just recentley become a full Deimancer, but she has been held back from going any higher through the ranks due to her harsh personality and risky, not-well-thought-out combat style. In battle, she favours a wooden staff reinforced with metal and with an indent on the grip to switch deimonds in an instant. She prefers to use a standard close-combat style with the staff, using deimond magic as an extra edge by coating her weapon with fire, quickly moving by pushing herself around with kinetic energy, and much more.

When the wall started shaking like it was about to collapse, Etna simply expanded her wings and flew up into the air. She got a few chuckles from those who hurled themselves off the wall. In her state of amusement, she didn't notice a stone hurtling towards her, and it smacked her hard in the stomach. She barely managed to maintain her balance in the air and avoid plummeting to the ground. Then she simply focused on flying about erratically to avoid getting hit by more stones.
At this point the wall was practically exploding, sending all manner of debris into the air, most of it coming down on where the group was.
