@Drak: As of now, no. He's just waiting for his ally to get done with whatever she has to do. The two are in an alliance of sorts.

Phoenix blinks at Flonne. "Why though?" she turns back to Terra and slowly nods. That doesn't solve anything!

Jacques nodded at the unfamiliar girl as he tightened the ties on the blackpowder pouch and went to approach them.
"Salut." He greeted them, not too cheerily as he recognised the angst evident in both Terra and Phoenix'es faces.

 

[Drakmorg]

"I don't see why you're making a big deal about being human. After all, I'm not human!" Flonne replied, her wings and tail twitching as if to draw attention to themselves. "Not being human doesn't mean you're not a person."
Then she turned on her heel to face Jacques. "Hi! I'm Flonne!"

Phoenix looked down. "But am I person? Etna and Raven argued over me like a children would over a toy..." she mumbled.

 

[Random berk]

"Jacques Leveque." Jacques said in reply to Flonne with a cautious smile, noting the wings and tail.
"Another demon?" he asked. He glanced at Phoenix, but chose not to speak just yet.

 

[Chungus]

"Is that what's bothering you?" Terra asked Phoenix, looking back up. "If so, you could've just said that they should leave you alone."

Phoenix slowly nodded at Terra, still looking down. "People use me. They always do... I don't know why. Why did they argue? What do they want from me?"

 

[Drakmorg]

"Well, you seem like a person to me. You aren't a toy, or a monster, or a rock, or a flower, or a..." Flonne went on to list just about everything Phoenix didn't look like that she could think of for several minutes. "...or a planet, so you must be a person then!" She concluded. "Did you try asking them?" She added upon hearing what Phoenix said to Terra.
Then she turned back to Jacques. "Um, kind of. I used to be an angel, but now I'm not sure what I am. So maybe I still am an angel, who knows?"

 

[Random berk]

Jacques's eyes widened.
"An... an angel? Truly? A genuine herald of God?" He stammered. The shock of hearing it drove whatever Terra and Phoenix were talking about out of his mind.

@All: Alrightly, Imma going now... See ya!

Phoenix listened to what everybody said, but then returned to her gaze into nothingness.

 

[Chungus]

"If you don't want to be used... You need to be on your guard more... If you give up like this, then it's just a matter of time before you indeed end up being used..." Terra said to Phoenix, then briefly looked at Flonne. As if anyone would admit it...

 

[Kirke]

Scorch groaned where he lay, half sitting up due to the large pack on his back.
OoC: Where is the group?

 

[Drakmorg]

"Yep. Although I never met God myself. I was only an Angel Trainee, so I just worked under a Seraph." Flonne answered Jacques. She looked over at Phoenix with a worried expression. She would have said something in response to Terra, but then she suddenly passed out and fell asleep.

OOC: I've gotta get going now as well.

 

[Random berk]

OOC: Damn it.

Jacques found himself unable to speak, and dropped to his knees, an almost tearful expression of reverence and awe on his face. This however, promptly turned to alarm when Flonne passed out.
"What the?!" He gasped, jumping back to his feet.

 

[Chungus]

OoC @Kirke: Outside.

Terra gave Phoenix a curious expression once she began staring off into the distance, a gaze that then went towards Flonne once she passed out. She wondered why she would suddenly pass out like that while getting up and scooping Flonne from the ground with limited difficulty and began moving towards the ship. "I have no idea what just happened, but it would probably be a bad idea to just leave her like this..." she said to Jacques as she moved.

Also, that large post I did two pages back is one of the few times I've felt I've done Scorch justice.

"I.. oui, of course not." Jacques snapped back to his senses as Terra started to carry Flonne and made to help her carry the unconscious girl back to the ship.
