Raven continued to explore the fortress, sampling some food as he went along whenever he found some

Mitsuru calmly walked towards the rest of the group, cleaning off the blood on her Rapier with some cloth. Her shirt and leg were bloody from her now healed wounds, but that would have to wait until later

"That's really...unfortunate...Can you go back to being an angel ever?" Jean asked.

 

[Drakmorg]

@Furioso: You know...I honestly forgot myself. I was just making stuff up as I went along. I don't know enough about Rosh's plot myself to tell if Raven could find anything useful there or not. Rosh just said that there's an enemy base, sooo...enemy base.

"Well at least someone else besides me was having fun." Etna replied. She looked back over at the castle and said, "We should probably tear this thing down. You know, so they can't use it again."

"I...don't know. I don't think so. I wasn't really told if there was a time limit for me being like this or not." Flonne replied as she nervously pressed the tips of her pointer fingers against one another. "But...that's okay. I actually don't mind being like this all that much. Honest!" She added, trying to reassure Jean.

"So...what do you do as a fallen angel?" Jean asked as she scooted closer to Flonne.

 

[Furioso]

Raven continued to generally wander, going into the basements of the Castle

Mitsuru walked up to Etna "Agreed, but how would we tear it down?"

 

[Drakmorg]

"Hmm? Well I don't really do anything as a Fallen Angel, it's not really a job or a position like I had as Angel Trainee. I do however work for Sir Laharl as his vassal, or at least that's what I should be doing right now." Sir Laharl is going to be so mad at me when I get back... Flonne answered, sounding rather gloomy at the end.

Etna scratched her chin contemplatively. "Hmm...Ah! Idea! I've got it!" She declared with a 'Eureka!' sort of gesture. Then she used her amulet to disappear momentarily. A short while later, she came back with about a dozen prinnies. She ordered themselves to spread out around the castle as she went to the shore to wash off all the blood on herself.

"Oh...so you and I have the same sort of job then. Also...I'm sorry about all that bad stuff that happened to you...It sounds like you were just trying to do what you thought was right. It sucks that you got punished for it..." Jean said as she gave Flonne a light hug.

 

[Furioso]

In the basement Raven discovered a mass grave of what could be assumed to be mages, unceremoniously dumped into a large pit. Raven stared into the pit for a few moments before giving a silent prayer, and then he began to bury the corpses with one of the nearby shovels on the wall.

Mitsuru stood in stunned amazement at the sudden appearance of 12 sentient demon penguins that constantly said "dood."

 

[Drakmorg]

Flonne hugged Jean back and said, "Thank you, but like I said, I don't mind it at all. I accept the decision made by Seraph Lamington. And I did get to prove my theory after all..." She let go of Jean and asked, "I can't really say if our jobs are similar or not. What kind of things do you do?"

The prinnies just lazed about for a bit while Etna was gone. "So...what's up dood?" One said to Mitsuru, awkwardly trying to make small-talk.

Jean told Flonne the same thing she told everyone else who asked what she did, then asked how that compared to what she did.

 

[Furioso]

Raven continued to bury the dead, it was a very large grave after all

"Umm..Not much I suppose? ...Forgive me if this sounds rude, but hat exactly are you? You resemble a penguin, but are clearly not one" asked Mitsuru

 

[Drakmorg]

"Oh. Well in that case, we do pretty much the same things then." Flonne answered Jean.
[hr]

"I'm a prinny, dood. What, you never seen a prinny before?" The prinny replied. If it had eyebrows, it would have raised one at Mitsuru.

"Huh. That's pretty interesting. Only...is there something you would rather be doing?" Jean asked Flonne.

 

[Furioso]

"No... I can't say that I have... where are you from?"

@All: Ah, so the end of my this little arc.... Well... There is a magical safe of documents there. Impenetrable... As of now... Sorry, I would have done more. But time constraints of my own.

 

[Drakmorg]

"Huh? You mean like right now? Not really, I enjoy your company Miss Jean!" Flonne replied, not really understanding what Jean was asking her.

"We're from the Netherworld dood. Well, technically I'm from Idaho, but that's kind of a long story." The prinny replied.
Etna came back the the ruins of the castle. She glared at the prinnies until all but the one talking to Mitsuru ran into the castle, one of them going down into the basement. Etna just stood behind the one Mitsuru was talking to and tapped her foot impatiently.

@Rosh: Well then, better do this.

The prinnies in the castle noticed the magical safe and assumed it to be loot of some kind. So they picked it up and took it outside, dropping it near Etna's feet to impress her. "Not bad. You guys are out." She said, then went back to camp and replaced the prinnies with other random prinnies, then directed them back into the castle.

"I meant in general. Is there something you always wanted to do?" Jean asked.

@Drak: Yeah, sorry about that. I would have given a more extensive layout... But... I was busy... And busy right now as well. (Kinda)

Phoenix returns back to the ship, a light happiness around herself. She dematerializes the armor as she steps inside the ship (Assuming that's where Jean and Flonne are).

She knocked on the frame as it echoed around. "Hello? Anybody home?"

 

[Furioso]

"The Netherworld, and from Idaho? ...Could you possibly be a spirit of some kind then?" Asked Mitsuru, who didn't notice the foot tapping

 

[Drakmorg]

"Hmm..." Flonne hummed as she placed a finger on her chin in thought. She seemed to be in deep contemplation for quite a while before finally answering with, "Nope! I'm not very ambitious." She heard Phoenix knocking and stood up. "Should we go see who that is?"

"Yeah, pretty much, dood." The prinny replied. It heard Etna foot tapping as she snapped a twig. "Master Etna's right behind me, isn't she?...dood."
The prinny in the basement looked around and saw Raven. "Oh hey, what are you doing down here, dood?"
