"It's the opposite with me. I really only have one close range spell, and that's really more of a defensive manoeuvre then anything else. I still have my sword though, so I'm not completely defenceless up close." Terra replied, briefly pointing at the sword at her side.
Jacques turned at the sound of the voice and hurriedly pulled his head back from the hat in his face. Realising that the man was essentially panhandling, the combination of the unexpected invasion of space and his general bad spirits raised Jacques's hackles and he stared frostily at the man.

Etna finally managed to finish counting all of her gold. The fact that it took her about six hours was enough to make her smile. She wondered what Flonne had gotten up to while she was busy, so she walked out of the space-ship to look for her. She gave Scorch a neutral greeting as she walked past him.
