OoC: @trty Actually, a little thing there... Bane won't die if the mask is removed. With the mask on, he feels no pain from anything, that's how powerful the anaesthetic inside is. When it's taken off or damaged, he feels the pain of... whatever made him have to wear it in the frst place, and anything else that causes pain is amplified.

OOC: @Kirke It depends whether your character is spiritually aware or not. Knowing someone who is spiritual, experiencing great loss, being related to a shinigami. These things commonly make people spiritually aware.

OoC: @trty Go back and watch the first fight with Batman and Bane. Bane doesn't even flinch under Batman's hits. The mask is not a life support machine, it's just anesthetic. And for the record, the injuries Bane has are implied to be facial disfigurment, possibly having no nose and no upper lip, and nerve damage caused by botched spinal surgery. I think that's why he needs the mask: his nerves are so sensivtive, that without the mask, anything and everything that touches him causes blinding pain.

OoC: @trty Allright, allright. It's your character, if you want it to be done like that, go ahead. And I'm not saying he's invincible, just he doesn't feel pain. Yeah you can cut his arm off, yeah it'll still cause shock and blood loss, but he won't feel pain from it. Besides, I thought you would like someone who can take a little more of a beating.

OoC: @Ven Yeah, I'm willing to bet a clone commando who hasn't lost any squadmates isn't really spiritual.

OoC: @trty Ok then. I don't really know what Mako is though... Correct me if I'm wrong here, Mako is the Lifestream prosseced into a fuel source, very effective, but causes memory loss and geostigma if someone is exposed to it for too long. I think that's it.
