"That's a seperatist landing craft, most likely filled with battledroids!"
The landing craft flew past, then did a 180 spin, and began to lower itself a couple of kilometers away.

Scorch lowered his decce, and took off his helmet.
"This just got a lot worse..."

 

[HatchyHatch14]

"So...mind telling us what were up against Space man?" Dokurod asked Scorch.
Odile just stared at the ship.

Crystal sighed and readied her staff.

 

[Furioso]

"Battledroids huh? ...Kinda reminds me of the Heracles." Said Raven before making his way into the cover of the foliage
He called out to Flonne "Careful there sweetheart, doesn't look like that things friendly!"

 

[Kirke]

"Battledroids, armed with blasters. Robots, basically. Probably around a thousand... Fierfek..."
Scorch headed for the foilage, breaking into a jog.

At the landing zone for the landing craft, large blue-gray hovercraft began to roll out.

[Drakmorg]

"A thousand? Technically not the worst odds we've faced..." Etna commented as she kept doing stretches.

Flonne ran over and hid in a bush, taking Raven's advice about them might not being friendly.

 

[Furioso]

"You've fought em before then. So what's tha plan?" Said Raven to Scorch, while hiding in a bush

 

[Kirke]

Scorch looked at Raven.
"I... These are not deployed on their own, there should be a control ship in orbit, with lots more of these. The best would be to hide, but the ship kinda stops that. We need traps, and cover."

Three MTT's started moving towards the group, accompanied by five hovertanks. (five turns)

"How much damage can these things take? Any weak points we can target?" Terra-2 asked Scorch. "As for cover... Maybe we should move into the city for that. I suspect just trees and shrubs won't do."

 

[Furioso]

"Traps you say?" Said Raven, as he began to plant explosives in a line on the ground. He made sure to put them just behind the foliage line, so that the bushes, grass, and trees would hide the glowing red runes from the droids sight angle "Alright nobody step on these glowing red spots, they explode!"

 

[HatchyHatch14]

"Tanks and Robots? oh this might kinda fun" Dokurod said Grinning.
"Fun...Fun..." Odile prepared the staff for attacking.

 

[Drakmorg]

"Traps, eh? Give me some time." Etna ran off into the city to go grab some stuff.

"Oooh! Traps sound like fun! Wait for me Miss Etna!" And then Flonne ran after Etna.

OOC: Unfortunately, I must be off. Later folks.

OoC: So I'm back, we are apparently getting attacked by Star Battles... Space Wars... Droids? Anything else I should know?

 

[Kirke]

Scorch glanced at Terra, then donned his helmet.
"Good point, let's move!"
He got up from his crouching position and jogged towards the city. When he passed Raven he patted him on the shoulder.
"Good, that should slow them down!"

A smaller transport pulled ahead of the collumn and headed for the group's position. Onboard was a human male in a smart grey uniform. (two turns)

Terra followed Scorch, but stuck to the foliage as much as possible? "So? Weakpoints?" she asked again.

Crystal dashed towards the city, leaving a few Ice spikes in her wake.

"That way Odile..."
"Yes....Father..." She said, then started walking backwards towards the city.

 

[Furioso]

As Raven finishes creating a fairly sizable mine field, he slips away into the foliage, but instead of following everyone else he slips to the side and hides, with intent to get behind the advancing tanks and transports.

 

[Kirke]

"They're pretty weak all around, try to hit the joints or torso to take 'em out quickly."
Scorch reached the city, and took cover behind a corner a few streets in. He had placed a few small detonators on the wall he had followed, and now looked back towards the advancing droids. The troop carrier could now be seen, two hundered meters out.

There, it stopped. The officer jumped out, and the large rack folded out to deploy a large number of battledroids.

Terra-2 nodded to Scorch as she moved. "Got it. I'm going to look for some higher ground." with that, she broke away from the others to look for a building taller then the others.

Odile continued to walk to the city slowly.

Crystal hid herself away in a near by building, she started to make her way to the top.
