The officer bowed his head back at EMily, then gestured for her to take a seat. EMily would notice a number of seats around the room, and a water cooler with a stack of cups.
The officer then looked at Stanley and the Transistor. "And where are you from?" he asked, not really understanding what the seemingly-disembodied voice was talking about.

[hr]

A receptionist attempted to ask Link who he was, but Link would only understand if he spoke Japanese.

 

[Wackymon]

A sigh radiated from the Transistor.
"I'm a Narrator, I'm supposed to be everywhere. I'm supposed to narrate everything. But the idiot over there trapped me in this, and I don't know how to escape." he said.

 

[Slenn]

"Thank you officer." She nodded, and took her seat nearby Samus and Stanley, since they were slightly newer faces. She made a small wave for a hello.

 

[Demonjazz]

Link did in fact not speak Japanese so he just looked at the receptionist strangely.

The officer seemed confused, but he decided not to question it because, frankly, this whole situation was insane. "And he is from?" the officer asked, indicating Stanley.

[hr]

The receptionist reciprocated the look due to Link looking like he'd stepped out of some video game.

Samus looked EMily over, waving back to feign friendship in front of the officer, but a little confusion on her otherwise stoic face.

 

[Demonjazz]

Link just kind of stared at all the lights in the room.

A police officer approached Link and attempted to lead him to the waiting room, where the rest of the group was.

Hans looked to the police officer asking questions, then glanced at Victoria for orders or suggestions.

 

[Drakmorg]

Victoria blew a sigh and answered the officer's question,

"I'm from Ashania. Not that I expect that to ring any bells."

She noticed Hans looking between her and the officer. It's really gonna be like that?...

"Go ahead and tell 'em where you're from, Private."

 

[Demonjazz]

Link followed the police man. He looked at the group to which he thought was even weirder than the magical lights. He took a seat and looked everyone over... He came to the decision that many of these people did not have a sense of fashion.

"No, it doesn't." the officer replied, before looking at Link. "Who are you?" he asked.

 

[FPSfanatic]

Hans turned to the officer, seeing Victoria's confirmation. "Krieg Pilot unit 811419, of the Death Korps of Krieg. Originally from the planet Krieg, currently based off the vessel Litany of Regret."

 

[Demonjazz]

Navi came out from Link's hat "His name is Link of Hyrule, The famous hero of time."

 

[Wackymon]

Stanley looked at Samus, and waved at EMily just like she did... Or tried.

"The idiots from my story, a surrogate for the normal office worker, controlled by the corrupt owners of the building into doing a pointless job all the time, but to throw aside his shackles of slavery and succeed!... or at least, he was supposed to. Instead he disobeyed me at every turn." the narrator vented to the officer.

 

[Slenn]

"Hello there, Samus. It's nice to meet you." She smiled.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Hello." Samus said bluntly, not really getting what EMily's plan was.

 

[Slenn]

"Oh, you may not have entirely recognized me. My apologies. I was with Victoria and the others last night. I'm assuming you're with them, otherwise you wouldn't be in this room, correct?" She said to Samus, "I haven't had a chance to meet everyone here. So, where are you from? Answer the officer." EMily still smiled gently and didn't show any signs of hostility.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Long story. For now, I was in flight in Federation space, on my way to Norion." Samus told her and the policeman.

 

[Slenn]

"Hmmmm... I guess this isn't entirely the best place to explain long stories. But don't you find it bizarre that such a odd grouping of characters had been concentrated into one place? Consider that we have a soldier, a cat girl, a girl in a maid outfit, a guy with some electric sword, a elven-looking warrior in green, and a Joan-of-Arc space soldier."
