There were only a couple of arms left, Mistral having used most of them to reconstruct her polearm. Daces shots lasered one in half.

Mistral twisted her body to dodge Victoria's axe kick, and instead of crashing onto her head it just grazed past the neck brace. Gwen's Gekko, however, did hit, falling like a coconut on her head and stunning her for a second.

A Gekko jumped in the way of Emily's laser, pouncing at her as its circuits burned.

Joel rolled to the side to avoid Mistral's attack. When he saw Gwen stun Mistral, Joel thrust his sword at the back of her head.

Seeing wave after wave of Dwarf Gekkos enter the battle, Roland decided to take a chance and holster his revolver the next time he had to reload. Instead of his other gun, he pulled a single round out of his belt and started to twirl it across his fingertips in the same hypnotizing motion he had used before. If Mistral looked at the bullet, she would be put into a trance until either Roland stops his trick or Mistral loses line of sight. First, however, he had to get her attention.

"[color=01A9DB]Mistral![/color]" Roland yelled as he stepped forward, kicking a dwarf out of his way as he walked. "[color=01A9DB]I am Roland Deschain! The last of Gilead! The last of the Gunslingers! Seeker of the Tower! Now you will turn and face me![/color]" He used his legs and free arm to keep the Gekkos away from himself as he continued spinning the bullet in front of himself, hoping that Mistral would look for even a moment.

Medic overhealing both Joel and Victoria since they were fighting Mistral, while Sectoid kills some more dwarf gekkos while standing up on the pillar.

Mistral tried to shake herself awake, just in time to see Joel's attack coming. She weaved, the HF blade cutting a shallow gash in her arm. She turned at Roland as he called with the whip slack and lashing at him, thinking it would be a good time to land an attack on him, but was mesmerised by the bullet dancing in his fingers.

A Gekko jumped on Joel, two hands wrapping around him while the third tried to grab his blade, the eye popping out slightly and delivering a debilitating electric shock that would knock a normal man unconscious. Sectoid shot two others.

"God! I can't leave ya guys alone and fighting for two seconds!" He said shooting at the Dwarf Gekko on Joel

Sophia took a deep breath as she spat into her hands, rubbing them together afterwards. Her arms flexing as she grabbed the older of the two Gekko scrap bots, Sophia picked it up with very little effort. "GWEN!" She called out as she repositioned her hands, one holding an arm, while the other held the head portion, then started to swing the gekko. "Get ready to tug this!" Sophia shouted as she then spun the robot a few times before launching it up into the air, remarkably high for someone her size.

With the robot bit as high as it was now, Gwen could now gravity tug it like she'd been doing before, but now having a lot more distance to use it with.

With her previous kick missing, Vicky kept the momentum in her leg by making her foot skim across the ground as it was planted again. She spun around and transitioned her leg into a spinning kick aimed at Mistral's side.

 

[Slenn]

Gwen took the chance with the Gekko and slammed it onto Mistral this time with 5 additional g's.

EMily fired an industrial laser at Mistral's center mass, which seemed to be the only spot not being blocked by Vicky or Joel.

Mistral, trapped by Roland's technique, couldn't dodge any if the attacks. The Gekko crashing down on her made a small by visible gash in her skin and a crack in her reinforced skull, and Emily's laser bored right through her torso, creating a small hole that was only exacerbated by Vicky's kick. She fell, grunting, before standing and jumping to an adjacent tower. "Not bad, I admit..." Ten or so dwarf Gekko crawled up behind her, and she picked one up. She ripped off two arms, actiaved the self destruct, then used the remaining arms to throw it at the group, repeating the process with the other Gekkos.

The Dwarf Gekkos that were on the tower the group was on would perish in the explosions regardless of where they are now.

Samus looked wround as she saw the gekkos flying at them, looking for a route to somehwere that wouldnt explode. There was a catwalk that lead down to the factory floor and several other towers within superjump distance, one of which she jumped to.

Both groups go for this one. You might wanna run.

 

[Slenn]

Gwen grabbed a hold of EMily around her waist and started levitating them both. EMily assisted with plasma jets from her hands. This aided them onto the factor floor and then outdoors.

Joel managed to stay conscious, thanks to the Medic overhealing him. After Dace shot the Gekko off his back, Joel quickly turned and ran from the explosions, down the catwalk.

 

[Drakmorg]

Vicky growled as she watched the massive assortment of bombs being tossed about. She made a running jump to chase after Mistral and land on the tower she was on, stabbing her blades into it and climbing up if necessary.

 

[Wackymon]

Medic began to heal Samus, and when she superjumped away, he flew with hr.

The sectoid scrambled with Joel away from the explosions.

 

[Demonjazz]

Dace took potshots in the general direction of the evil people while going towards his ship. He yelled at Dave to start up the engines.

Roland dropped the bullet and drew his revolver, shooting Gekkos out of the air as he ran to the catwalks to safety as fast as his body would allow.

 

[Chungus]

Sophia yelped as Mistral began tossing the Gecko arms at the group, throwing herself down on the ground, which hurt her a little, but this was something she didn't concern herself with considdering the circumstances. When Mistral activated the self-destruct function of the Gecko and hurled it like a giant hand grenade, however, her eyes widened as the thing exploded. Although having thrown herself down meant the shrapnel from the blast flew over her.

Seeing Mistral repeat the process with the other Geckos, Sophia bit her lip. Although she didn't know for a fact the contents of the oil rig were flammable, she didn't want to stick around to find out. Placing her hands flat on the ground, Sophia pushed herself up, jumping to her feet. Keeping her eyes on Mistral as she was still throwing arm-sprears about, Sophia walked four steps backwards - Unintentionally zig-zaging, the noise of the blast having hurt her sensative ears and firstsubsequently thrown her sense of balance off - then turned around as quickly as she could and began running down the ramp to the factory floor.

Fortunately for her, the rest of the Geckos, including the one that was close to her, only began exploding when she was clear of the blast radius.

Once Mistral's last Gekko had hit the tanker, it exploded with a defeaning, thunder like boom, expanding into a huge fireball. Thankfully, the group was clear of the worst of the explosion, though the air pressure would still bowl them over. "Au revoir, fuckers!" Mistral called, sprinting deeper into the factory just as Vicky reached the top of the tanker she was on, running along catwalks and jumping from tank to tank, her Dwarf Gekkos scampering after her. Samus, determined not to let her escape again, followed her, jumping along her own tankers.

OoC: Groups are dispelled for a bit, everyone act at once. Those who want to take a break for the rest of this fight, leave the factory, those who don't, follow Mistral.

Vicky would lose ground in chasing Mistral, as she had to climb to her hand-holds to keep the explosion from knocking her around once again.

"So we're back to chasing again. Fantastic."

She muttered to herself as she watched Mistral running while waiting a moment to catch her breath. When she was ready, she started making chase for Mistral, climbing and walking along walls whenever necessary or when it would save her time.

Roland had only just made it down to ground level when the tanker exploded. He tried to dive to the ground, but the explosion lifted him off his feet and sent him tumbling a bit. He was temporarily deafened, but besides that he avoided any serious injury.

Roland began to follow Mistral from the ground level, and took shots at her whenever he had the opportunity. He wasn't too fast on his feet, so he soon lost sight of her. Knowing that the cyborgs on base would probably be too much for him to handle, he left the factory and started to head back to where Engy and Bladewolf were. He thought it would be wise to make sure that the robot dog wasn't going to be a threat, anyway.
