"You're lucky. For me it felt more like acid..." Seras said before shaking her head at the bad memory. "I think Sophia's blood has...something holy in it. When I drank it, it burned me." she explained.
The two of them made a collective sigh of relief.
<color=purple>"Glad that's over."
"You're telling me. Let's regroup and head back to the ship." EMily said. Her sister nodded in response.
<color=purple>"Samus, you okay?" Gwen called out.

<color=purple>"Samus, you okay?" Gwen called out.
"I'm fine. But Roland is hurt. We need to get back to the others to heal him." Samus called over, running over to Roland to check his injuries.
Roland was still sprawled out on the edge of the helipad. He laid motionless, face down in a small puddle of his own blood.
"We need to get down fast. Gwen, can you take us down safely?" Samus aksed Gwen, sounding a bit worried.
As the sisters picked up Roland, they would see that he was still conscious. He was struggling to breathe, but he still tried to say something to them, however he only succeeded in coughing up some blood.
[color=01A9DB][sub]"Lu... leave me. There- [sub]there are other worlds than these"[/sub][/sub][/color] Roland said, seemingly to himself. His eyes remained wide open, but he seemed to not even notice the others nearby.
"Well, shucks. We just dropped our energy to our base level in our QFT forms to cool down."
<color=purple>"With Sundowner downed, we shouldn't have any trouble building up energy with each other."
"Right." She turned to Samus. "While we prepare the energy for a mass teleport, find Joel and anyone else that engaged with Sundowner recently."
"We're not leaving you behind, Roland. Don't worry. We'll be home soon."
They set down Roland gently beside them and they joined their hands in a circle. With the two of them in contact, they would mutually be gathering energy for one another.
<color=purple>"With Sundowner downed, we shouldn't have any trouble building up energy with each other."
"Right." She turned to Samus. "While we prepare the energy for a mass teleport, find Joel and anyone else that engaged with Sundowner recently."
"We're not leaving you behind, Roland. Don't worry. We'll be home soon."
They set down Roland gently beside them and they joined their hands in a circle. With the two of them in contact, they would mutually be gathering energy for one another.
Joel stepped back out onto the roof. [color=003399]"I didn't go that far."[/color] he said to EMily.
Samus rounded up the group while Emily and Gwen charged. When everyone was together, she looked at Roland worriedly.
"It's just...religious stuff, I guess..." Seras said, feeling awkward about having to explain something like this, mostly because she wasn't that knowledgeable about it herself.
When 15 seconds had passed, EMily and Gwen had built up enough energy between themselves for a mass teleport.
<color=purple>"Everyone ready? Next stop: Outside the Headquarters. And don't be alarmed if you feel a strange pulling sensation. That comes with the teleport. May the fabric of time and space deliver us safely." In a bright flash of multicolored light erupting upwards, the group was indeed pulled towards a destination. It only lasted for a second.
They arrived at the entrance to the Headquarters.
<color=purple>"Everyone ready? Next stop: Outside the Headquarters. And don't be alarmed if you feel a strange pulling sensation. That comes with the teleport. May the fabric of time and space deliver us safely." In a bright flash of multicolored light erupting upwards, the group was indeed pulled towards a destination. It only lasted for a second.
