The ship had quickly travelled past the asteroid field, and when passing the orbit of Mars the captain decided to contact Earth to request a landing permission. As it happened, eastern Asia was the part of Earth facing Mars and the incoming ship. The captain identified the ship as the Sworder IV and requested a permission to land. However, the encoding used was completely different to any in use in the 21st Century and thus it would only seem as sporadic static to those listening.
"Hopefully it will be over quickly and with minimal casualties." Samus replied, trying to be reassuring.
"I just hope Victoria and Seras don't push their limits too much."

"Oh, uh.. Chinese food refers to the food they traditionally serve in China. It's a country on Earth. It's actually just west of Japan, which is where we are currently. And sushi is rice roll with raw fish, seaweed, and many other things!"
Serene looked slightly confused. [color=48CCCD]"If humans eat this raw fish does it not harm them? Surely you must cook anything that was once living to eat without risk no?"[/color] She asked EMily, then looked over to Samus. "I guess that's not surprising coming from a person who used to be in the military. Sometime we're gonna have to take you to a nice sushi bar."

"I'm not sure if it applies to everything. Although I've heard some people like to have their steak 'blue rare', which means only the surface is brown, and everything is red inside."
She nodded in response.
"I don't know if you mind me asking but, do you have anything that let's your mind off of things? Like when you need a time to blow off some steam."

Serene chuckled at the words 'blue rare' her laugh echoed slightly.
