Gwen and EMily had arrived at the spa in a few minutes after Winona was about to make the reservations. EMily had communicated to Winona via their computers, and informed them they would be heading over there saying that they had had it with catching bounties.
<color=green>"Hi there you guys!" Winona waved to them and the other two gave her an exhausted smile.

"I'm sooooo tired of combat right now."

In an attempt to get out of his upcoming fight with Húriel, Alain went outside with the other people to see what was happening.

 

[Slenn]

Sara hurriedly went to get herself changed back into her normal attire, which took only seconds because of the clothing-in-a-can technology she had.

She summoned her sword and marched up to the man and delivered a commanding voice.
<color=brown>"Show me proof of these extraterrestrials and I will help you."

 

[Demonjazz]

The crowd parted when they saw the tall woman with a sword marching towards them, the police kept their hands on the crazy man, but didn't exactly seem very trusting of Sara.
"Hey, Cop guy, there's a compad in my back pocket. Get it out for me." The cop brought out a small tablet like device which the crazy man took, and showed a bioscan of a large, cold blooded, bipedal creature with thick scales.

 

[Kirke]

Húriel turned and looked outside when she began hearing the commotion. Not willing to go out into potential danger unarmed, she grabbed her swords off the ground and sheathed them before following Alain out. For once, I'd like to go somewhere without trouble following...

 

[Slenn]

Sara walked around the holographic figure for a few seconds, taking in the vital details to judge if it was a legit claim. She remained skeptical, however something else caught her attention.
<color=brown>"Who are you? And how were you able to procure such technology? The hologram shows that you are not ordinary. Who do you work for?"

 

[Demonjazz]

"Well my name is Darkan Lazarus, This is standard issue medical pad, and I can't disclose who I work for."

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"And what makes you think we'll help you? What do you know about us?"

 

[Demonjazz]

"Well they are planning on taking over your planet, and enslaving all of humanity by using disguises, and working their way into power, and then using their superior technology to wipe out any opposition on this planet... And I know that you're a human woman that has a sword, is wearing a really stupid looking outfit that's brown, you have red hair... Do you want me to go on?"

 

[Slenn]

Sara's ferocity was seething, although quite silent. She marched herself forward, making herself tower above him. She glared at him with her most intimidating scowl.

<color=brown>"Excuse your language! Look who's talking Mr. Face Painter! I like my outfit thank you! And why did you go to a gym to seek out people to help in your endeavor to stop these extraterrestrials? And as a scientist who has seen plenty of extraterrestrials in her life, I demand that you show me the real deal if I am to go any further. Because I know for a fact that none of them I have encountered look the least bit humanoid. So your claim that these are real is quite a legitimate topic for debate! Is that understood?"

 

[Demonjazz]

The crazy man didn't seem at all concern that the woman with the sword was looming over him. "I wasn't at a gym. I don't know if you could tell, but I'm being dragged away by the police. I was actually trying to help over at where I think one of the aliens were living, but it turned out that the DJ wasn't spreading secret messages of lizard propaganda through the radio. I would show you some more proof, but I'm kind of busy about to be arrested for breaking, and entering. It's in fact amazing that they even stopped to let us talk. Also these are the traditional markings of my people, thanks for being a racist, and goodbye. Take me out of here, coppy!" He said, being dragged away, and waving a happy goodbye all the way to the cop car.

 

[Slenn]

Sara shook her head, not liking being called a 'racist' by what appeared to be a lunatic.
<color=brown>"And what people would those be, Mr. Lazarus?" She called out.

 

[Demonjazz]

"The Cartageans! They live in sector 107, I believe. Been a while since I've been there!" He said shouting out the door of the cop car.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>Never heard of those people."One last thing. Where is sector 107?"

 

[Demonjazz]

"After sector 106!" He said with a big stupid grin on his face, before slamming the cop car door.

 

[Kirke]

Húriel watched as the man was dragged away, scratching her head in confusion. This world is more strange than I ever could have thought. She then looked over at Sara. "So... You seemed to know at least some of what he was talking about, should we be worried?"

 

[Slenn]

She made an exasperated sigh and rolled her eyes after hearing his response. She shook her head before turning to Húriel, now a little more calmed down.
<color=brown>"With all that's been happening recently on this world, his claims are not too out of the question. His technology is not on par with what this current era's technology is capable of. In fact it's a little ahead. I'll try and research what I can about these Cartageans he's mentioned. Quite honestly he sounds like he's another lunatic conspiracy theorist."

She held out her sword, which displayed a holographic computer terminal. She opened up her internet access to see what she could find.

<color=brown>"This machine will help me search the global libraries. This global library is what's called the internet, a vast network of machines and databases."

 

[Kirke]

Húriel nodded politely, not bothering to try and understand what Sara was saying. "I'll go get my things then." She headed back into the gym, collecting her cloak and backpack from where she had left them.

What Sara would mostly find is several conspiracy sites claiming that the Cartageans were tattooed people who visited Earth several times in a spaceship that was under the name "The Northern Corona" which they then linked to several grainy images where words Northern Corona "supposedly" could be made out on some lines on metal. The sites then linked the Northern Corona to a ship vessel which used to have the same name. Saying that the captain saw the spaceship at one point. And also saying that the ship usually came from The Corona Borealis, a constellation in the shape of a crown. The sites also contained various ramblings about what the Cartageans were planing on doing. Some said salvation, others said research, others said destruction. The most popular guess was that they actually were just peaceful interlopers visiting here.
