Húriel looked at the crazy man, studying his behaviour to see how sane he seemed. If he is totally insane, is that a relief or a worry?

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"...you're taking this scarily well..."

 

[Demonjazz]

"It isn't my first time in a jail. Plus, I know some one is going to bail me out... Even if it's actually myself that I bail out."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Do you have that kinda cash?"

 

[Demonjazz]

"Nope! I don't bring cash down to planets... Mainly cause you guys aren't using the universal standard of money yet. Gosh, so primitive."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"So how are you going to get out?"

 

[Demonjazz]

"Well telling you would ruin all the fun."

 

[Kirke]

Húriel coughed and spoke. "I'm afraid we did not come here just to chit-chat about your escape plans. You said this world was in danger, perhaps you can explain more now that you aren't being dragged off?"

 

[Demonjazz]

"... You know those conspiracy guys saying that all sorts of people in power are secretly reptilian aliens... Yeah those guys are insane. Everyone knows that it's Timothy Dalton that's a lizard, not Sean Connery. But anyway, their theories are actually true."

 

[Kirke]

Húriel looked over at the others and shrugged, not having a clue what Darkan was talking about.

 

[Demonjazz]

Darkan saw that the elf was confused so he said. "Aliens. Things that are not humans. Things from different worlds. Which I guess would make you an alien. But anyway, lizard like people from the constellation Draco have invaded this planet, and used technology to cloak themselves as humans. They have currently been working their way to be famous or powerful people. And they are soon going to reveal themselves, and declare war on any nations they didn't assimilate, which they will undoubtedly win because they have technology millions of years more advanced then this planets. After that, they are going to set up a world government, and enslave humans to eat."

 

[Kirke]

"Another world-ending threat. Brilliant. So, how do we stop them?" - Said Húriel in a rather tired voice.

OoC: Also, with her cowl up, her ears are covered so it isn't very obvious that she isn't human.

 

[Demonjazz]

"First you have to reveal the threat, which will probably lead to fighting them. And then you get the agents of the Human Federation, a group of humans from other worlds that monitor alien contact with non-advanced worlds, and get their help to lead a charge against their ship. Me, and my crew would obviously be the ones to lead a charge on the main ship, infiltrate their ship, and then kill the Reptilian leader... And blow up some more ships if necessary."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Kenna watched silently, utterly speechless.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"If you want us to reveal the threat, you need to show everyone some extraordinary evidence for this claim. They'll need more than just what looked like a photomanipulated picture or 3D model."

 

[Kirke]

"Right..." Húriel walked over to Kenna and murmured to her. "[small]I got nothing. I've encountered demons and mages who control others, but lizard people? Even in this strange world, I find believing him difficult.[/small]"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

[sub]"On one hand, I've seen a lot of crazy shit recently, but on the other, this is just... Just..."[/sub] Kenna replied quietly, almost at a loss for words.

 

[Kirke]

"[small]Insane, yes. Still, if he is right, this world might be doomed. Not a very comforting thought.[/small]"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Kenna nodded, almost imperceptibly. [sub] "Maybe we should look into this a little more. Have to admit, never thought I would be playing out They Live."[/sub]

 

[Kirke]

Húriels face wrinkled up in confusion, the latter half of Kenna's reply being utter nonsense in her ears. Shaking it away, she spoke again. "[small]I agree. Ideally getting somebody else to validate his claims, but where one can find such a person I do not know. It seems the most likely that there exists none.[/small]"
