Sara cleared her throat.

Kenna stayed quiet, thankful that the pungent cigar was gone.

The leading man had put his head in his hands for a second before quietly saying. "Of course you did... You know this is why I lose sleep at night." he motioned over to a man, and a woman sitting at the table, and whispered something to them. "Now your going to get a list of who's aliens, and where they were the last time they were seen. Please leave after you get this. Take Stone, and his crew with you. "

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"Understood." Sara nodded, and went over to the desk to retrieve the information.

 

[Demonjazz]

After a bit, the man, and woman came back with a small note card with eight people listed on it. It went as followed
Micheal Bay, Famous movie producer, Last seen at New York, USA.
The Secretary of Agrarian Development and Urban Planning in Mexico, last seen in Mexico City,Mexico
Denis O'Brien, billionarie, last seen in Cork town, Ireland
Naotori Sakamoto, works at Nintendo, Last seen in Osaka, Japan
Alexander Rutskoy, Vice President, Last seen at Hare Island, Russia
Arthur Mcqueen, Famous Author, last seen in Cairo, Egypt
Archimedes Alvarez, Scientist, seen at Norwegian outpost in Antarctica
Mo Chaudry, Resort owner, Last seen at a Figi island.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"Do these men have to be dead or alive when captured?" Sara asked, looking over the files.

 

[Demonjazz]

"It doesn't matter. They're most likely going to fight back, and try to kill you. If you can capture them, than fine. We could probably use them as a bargaining chip or something if need be."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Kenna followed Sara, looking at the list, one eyebrow raised in disbelief.

 

[Slenn]

A pinging sound was heard in Sara's ear. She summoned her sword as she gave the documents to Kenna.

<color=darkblue>"Sara, this is Schrødinger." A talking cat in front of a computer screen appeared on the holographic monitor. The cat was a tabby with stripes, he seemed to have a voice reminiscent of Morgan Freeman.
<color=brown>"Are you having the same conflicts as I am about this?"
<color=darkblue>"In a sense. This timeline has become increasingly more twisted with each passing event. Save for a few. But this is now somewhat special. Since a reptilian conspiracy never happened in our timeline, our series of events is becoming more strained to make up for this fact. If these key people die on your list, then it could possibly mean that the timeline will break away under the stress and you'll be pulled back to the original timeline."
<color=brown>"Then what are we to do?"
<color=darkblue>"It's up to you guys if you want to stay here longer or shorter. But if four, count it, FOUR of those people die on that list, you'll be pulled back to the original timeline automatically and the timeline will be free. I can recall you guys back to our point in time from there."
<color=brown>"Roger that."
<color=darkblue>"Also, EMily, please don't make references to the chases we had to others anymore. Those memories give me nightmares. That is all." And the screen disappeared. Sara dematerialized the sword.

 

[ShindoL Shill]

Joel looked over Kenna's shoulder to read the list. [color=003399]"It might be hard to take them alive. The one we encountered at the police station wasn't very co-operative."[/color] he commented.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"You mean there was a reptilian extraterrestrial at the police station? Where did you find it?"

 

[ShindoL Shill]

[color=003366]"Behind a desk. He was employed there, and he shot me when I tried carrying Darkan out."[/color] Joel replied, looking over at Sara.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"Huh... I must've left the station long before that. I assume you're okay. Was this man dispatched or did you continue retreating?"

 

[Demonjazz]

The man in charge looked confused for a bit, before throwing his hands up in the air. "All I wanted was a orderly meeting for once! That's it! Meeting dismissed everybody! We aren't going to get anything done today! Just leave!" He yelled, stomping off, and angrily slamming the door on his way out.

[color=003399]"We killed him and ran away."[/color] Joel said, before watching the man stomp off.

[color=006d5b]"So... what are we doing?"[/color] Matilda asked.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"I suppose it would be prudent to not outstay our welcome here. Let's continue on. I'll search the databases for these people. All of these locations are all over the map and cover a variety of different climates."

Kenna followed the others, not really sure what to say now.

Húriel quietly followed the others again, frowning as she thought to herself. Great, even more travelling in that accursed box.

"You have already killed one of these creatures, yet you speak so casually about it... Is fighting a common occurance in this world as well?" Nalyssa tentatively asked Joel.

 

[Slenn]

Sara moved along and re-summoned her sword to plot the target points on a small holographic globe.
<color=brown>"I suppose we'll start with this Mr. Bay and work our way around the world."
