"I'm gonna go blow up London." Tavish replied to Vicky. He held out the bounty poster to her. "See?"
"I guess these are all bounties for wanted criminals that need to be captured." Seras explained to Vicky.
Seras and Victoria would note that some of the crimes included 'unlicensed magic' to 'sacrificing to ancient beings' and other such things. "If you would like to browse our available bounties, could you wait until after we have them up in the bounty shop?" the voice behind the stack asked.
The man walked out of the police station, followed by the three file-carrying figures.

Tavish walked outside and used his stickybomb launcher to place two bombs directly below him.
"Might not want to do that." Yorick said to Tavish as he stood a good distance away from him.
"All criminals are pretty bad, but some are worse." Seras said as she started heading to the the actual bounty office.

Anyone outside would see the man throw an acorn into a small alleyway. After a few seconds, there was a loud 'pop' and a wall with a door formed between the two buildings. Above the door was a wooden sign with the word 'Multiverse Bounty Shop' written on it. The man opened the door, and the trio of bounty-carriers followed him through.
Victoria would see that, inside, the building was larger than the alley it had popped up in. There were a lot of notice boards, all covered in bounty notices, around the room. Behind the counter was one of the people who had been carrying the files. The person's figure was feminine, however the most striking part of the person was their pure white skin which lacked any facial features. "How can I help you?" they asked.
Tavish put his finger on the detonator and prepared to launch himself with the explosives, but stopped as he realized that the medic wasn't around to patch him up after he did so. Instead, he started walking back to the hotel, and detonated the bombs in police station's parking lot once he was a safe distance away, leaving a small crater in the pavement and setting off several car alarms from the shockwave.
"That's one way of putting it. You go find criminals, and bring them back here. Then you get money." the person explained, not seeming too bothered about Victoria's reaction.
Tavish didn't even flinch from the explosion he had caused. He walked down the street, smiling and whistling a simple tune to himself.
"Just look around for a bounty you think you can claim, and take the sheet. Then, go find the criminal and bring them to one of the bounty shops around the world." the person explained.
