"Indeed I am entertained. Where did you learn such tricks? How often do you travel and make performances?"

Samus looked at all Trevor's items, curious. "How did you do that?"

"I like to be versatile." Roffe said to Vicky.

"I live on the road. And I just sort of...learned as I went." he said to EMily.

 

[Drakmorg]

"I guess you could use those to smash people's heads in or shoot 'em, but it all looks pretty inefficient at that."

Vic replied to Yorick.

"Ya got anything better?"

 

[Slenn]

"A self taught nomad magician. Hmmmm..."

She directed her attention towards Victoria,
"But a master of illusion may not need to carry a lethal weapon in order to be lethal."
"May I ask what do you do for a job?"
She said inquisitively.

"My dear, what do you expect out of me, a humble entertainer of the masses?" Roffe asked Vick in a rather deadpan tone.

 

[Drakmorg]

"What, you mean like snapping someone's neck or something? Yeah I guess ya gotta point there."

Victoria replied to EMily.

"And I'm a soldier. Sergeant First Class of Ashania's Homeland Defenders."

She shrugged at Yorick,

"I dunno. Something that would actually impress me?"

 

[Slenn]

Well I was thinking more along the lines of false images or tricks to lure things into traps. But alright.

"Ooooh... tough crowd." She snickered in response to Victoria's demanding of a more impressive act.

"Is Ashania your world or your country? What's it like there? What are the people like?"

"Well I wouldn't try to impress a soldier with my killing ability. That isn't my specialty, after all." Roffe said to Vicky.

 

[Drakmorg]

"Country. I don't really have anything to compare it to, so I'll just say nice. And it's got it's share of nice people and trash alike."

Vic answered EMily.

"Anything else then, maybe?"

She asked of Yorick.

 

[Slenn]

"I can tell that you've had a lot of augmentation. If you don't mind me asking, was your line of work endangering your own anatomy? Was it that severe?"

OOC: I seem to remember her having some sort of cybernetics about her.

Yorick grinned at Vicky as he rose to his feet. He walked over to EMily, took off his suit coat and handed it to her. He then walked over to Vicky and pulled a revolver out of his tan colored vest. "Since you're a soldier, I assume you know a little something about guns? At least enough to know a real one when you see it?" he asked as he handed the revolver to Vicky butt first.

 

[Slenn]

She accepted the coat and hung on to it. She even folded it up.
"Oooooh, a trick involving guns. I can't wait to see this. It's kind of exiting." She said with an ounce of glee.

"Yep. There's a lot of ruthless bastards that want us wiped off the map. And it's my job to stand up to 'em."

Victoria said to EMily as she uncrossed her arms. She took the gun Yorick offered her with her left hand and held it up to look at it.

"This kind of stuff is pretty primitive, but I know how they function, yeah."

Vicky would find it is, in fact, a real gun. He then took the gun back from her and cocked it. "Now then, EMily, hold out that jacked in front of you." he said in a loud tone.

 

[Slenn]

Jeez, I guess that's what I get for not living in a place and time of no great conflict. Except for exoplanets.
She held out the jacket as per Yorick's instructions. She waited until the trick would be over to ask Victoria her next question.

"You shouldn't be playing with a weapon." Samus said, sounding like a stern teacher.

 

[Wackymon]

Stanley turned around again, and held out his hand to the three of them.

 

[Outisakanobody]

"Trust me, mam, I'm a professional." Yorick said to Samus before firing the revolver at EMily without even looking in the same direction. The gun was loud, but, the jacket didn't even seem to move. "Now EMily, shake that jacket a little." he then said as the smoke cleared.

It was at this point that he realized firing a gun in a police station was maybe not a good idea.

 

[Slenn]

EMily did so.
I wouldn't be surprised if these police didn't carry Yorick off for brandishing a gun here, after seeing what the three lunatics just confessed to doing. But then again, I wouldn't be surprised if it did happen.

OOC: I may have to leave here in a few minutes. It's almost 9 but my head's getting tired.
