Samus nodded to EMily, tapping the side of her helmet to press a small, hidden button. A holographic page opened up in front of her. Parts of it were in illegible Chozo script, but her licences and contracts were in plain English for all to see, officially declaring that she was able to use her weaponry in Fedoration and uninhabited space.

 

[Slenn]

"That's pretty extraordinary proof you have there. That's a legitimate hologram, I can tell. Granted the suit formation from earlier was pretty legit as well."

 

[ShindoL Shill]

"Bounty hunting is not a legal reason to own firearms in this country."

 

[Slenn]

"Well, the gun is built into her suit. Is there any way you can exchange the gun for something else?" Although I'm not sure she can, as her electronics seem to be built in with her nervous system. I can feel the electric activity from this distance.

OOC: I seem to remember something like that fact from Metroid Fusion.

"...legitimate? What did you expect, a crude projected image?" Samus asked EMily, confused. She turned to the officer. "...absurd..."

Ooc: Yeah, the suit is linked to her body and has some organics components.

 

[Drakmorg]

If this turns into a shootout because this person can't handle not having their guns... Victoria audibly sighed to herself. She turned her attention to the officer and asked,

"So hey, I don't remember getting an explanation for why we're here."

 

[ShindoL Shill]

The officer looked at Victoria, and replied, "To be honest, we brought you here to keep you off the streets while we try and work out how you got here."

 

[Slenn]

"Samus, I meant in the sense of proof for the officer. If you claim that you're from space and can carry a gun like that, then the hologram is good extraordinary proof. Not only that but the hologram displayed some pretty meticulous credentials. That's what I meant. Although I don't know if summoning your space gear wasn't extraordinary proof for the officer as well."
She then whispered:
"They might also not be familiar with hologram technology."

 

[FPSfanatic]

Hans seemed to grow suddenly nervous while tracing the circuits of his laspistol, and began reattaching its covering. "Sergeant, I wish to express concern on my aircraft sitting possibly unattended. With arbites' permission, I would like to move it to a more secure location."

"Just because a law is absurd doesn't mean you can just ignore it." Yorick said to Samus.

 

[ShindoL Shill]

The officer turned his attention to Hans and asked, "Would you be able to safely do that? There is an airport nearby you could store the aircraft in."

 

[FPSfanatic]

Hans nodded, the hose of his gasmask bobbing as he did so. "That would be possible, sir. I am registered as pilot of said aircraft."

"I keep myself organised." Samus said to EMily. Reluctantly, she dematerialized her armour, going back to the Zero Suit, and undid the holster holding the Paralyser on her leg, leaning down and placing it on the floor. "I do not agree with this, but if it will stop me from being detained longer..."

 

[Outisakanobody]

"So...how long are we suppose to stay here?" Seras asked the officer.

Yorick let out a whistle as he saw Samus, but quickly morphed it into a little tune.

 

[Slenn]

I dunno how she gets into that suit. Perhaps it comes off the same way as her armor.

"Maybe we could help you officers figure this out."

 

[Drakmorg]

"You'd better be prepared to keep us here for a [i]looong[/i] time then."

...That came out kinda wrong... Victoria commented to the officer. She raised an eyebrow as she noticed Samus' armor disappear. Weird way to handle Pockets and armor...

 

[ShindoL Shill]

The English-speaking officer said something to one of the other policemen in Japanese. "Officer Himura will take you to your aircraft." the English-speaking officer said, before turning to Seras. "Unless you can help us find out what happened, you may leave."
Hearing EMily, he said, "Any information you have will help."

Samus looked at Yorick as he whistled, not really getting what he was doing.

"Alright...I don't suppose there's a hotel nearby? One that accepts English pounds?" Seras askthe officer. She had started carrying some money, though it was a little pointless considering there was a good chance where she ended up wouldn't take her money. Like this particular case.

Yorick continued whistling innocently.

"There are a few hotels nearby, though I don't know if they will accept your money." the officer replied.
