"Well then, I'll start by creating some hypothesises. As a scientist, investigation and experimentation are my prime skills. The three thugs mentioned that this person turned one of your officers into a 'water-zombie', so to speak. If he wants to reside nearby the city, he would obviously set up his base of operations in or around the local waters. I would suggest beginning a search of the water pipes that are in the city. If that's not where he is, then we search in the next biggest source of water."
"Hmm..." Seras hummed as she thought about leaving. "Well, Japan is an island, so there's no shortage of water." she said to EMily. She at least knew that much about the place.
"The largest source of water nearby would be Tokyo Bay." the officer said to EMily. He then said something in Japanese, and the third officer left.
"Wait, you're looking for help investigating the murder of that officer by those...fish people? I think I could help you with that. I was a police officer myself once." Seras said to the officer as she stood and tried to look somewhat professional.
Officer Himura led Hans to a police car, and then drove him to the Valkyrie. Hans would see a police car parked by the Valkyrie, with two officers making sure nobody tried to steal or damage the aircraft.

"So, should we go to the bay, mister...?" Seras asked the officer.

Hans looked upon his craft in the closest approximation to happiness. He quickly entered into the Valkyrie, and looked to Himura. "I will need a guide to reach the airstrip."
Himura nodded, having enough understanding of English to know what Hans wanted. Himura typed something into his car's GPS system, then brought it over to the Valkyrie.

"There are police cars here, and the police in the bay-side wards may assist us." the officer replied. "I will come with you, as well."

"Well, let's go while the night is still young. But what's your name sir?" Seras asked the cop, not remembering having heard the man introduce himself.

"Oh, of course. I am Nakamura Ryuu." the officer replied as he led Seras and the others who were coming to the police cars.
Hans went into the cockpit of the fighter, and sat, flipping several switches on the pilots station.
Himura would see the cockpit was laid out like a standard civilian aircrafts, with 2 sticks and sets of gauges for shared control. It allowed one man to pilot, but functioned at a higher capacity for two.
The vessel itself was separated into two sections, with a troop bay to the rear of the Valkyrie and the cockpit to the front. The troop bay was bare except for 2 small boxes and a flamer hung on the wall.
