Sophia jumped as Medic started healing her out of nowhere, looking behind herself as she saw medic. She was rather confused as to why he'd gone to all the trouble all of a sudden to go heal her, especially after her just mentioning being hot. "Uh... thanks?" She eventually said to him.

"Let's get that food ready then..?" She asked, looking a bit distracted, ideally glancing at the plus signs that were coming off of her as she was being overhealed.

"It's fine, thought I vould do it, it's useful in ze summer." he said.
She would probably feel better than usual, or slightly better than her best.

Joel looked over at Gwen. [color=003366]"I'm very hot-blooded."[/color] he explained. [color=003366]"I don't mind the heat, it's just... bad things can happen when I get really energetic."[/color]

Dace took her to the kitchen. "Now first thing you need to know about Nerf is that you need to tenderize it!" He said violently whacking the meat several times

Vicky rolled her eyes ahead upon hearing Gwen, until she looked back at Joel and saw that she in fact wasn't misusing the word 'literally'.

"People would say the same thing to me, but after seeing you, it's more like I'm just lukewarm in the blood."

"Alright?" Sophia nodded slowly as she watched Dace punch the slab of meat. 'Same with some cows then..?'

"Is there anything we can do?"

 

[Slenn]

<color=purple>"Needing to let out some anger. There are times when you just want to let out your frustration on something. I've learned over the years it's usually not worth it to explode in anger at things when there's nothing there but inanimate objects or your allies."

 

[Demonjazz]

"Oh, prepare da water for da stew. Also you've obviously never had untenderized Nerf. It really needs to be tenderized dis much. It's got da texture of year old Beef Jerky left in da Tantooine Desert."

 

[Slenn]

"Don't know what that desert you just spoke of was, but beef is beef. I know how tenderizing works. You can also use pineapple to help." She said while preparing vegetables and water for a stew. She seemed to be alarmingly quick at moving through the kitchen.

[color=003366]"Yeah, I know. I get told that daily. It's just, the person who normally deals with my shit isn't around."[/color] Joel replied.

"Water, got it." Sophia nodded as she turned to go and grab it. Surprised to see EMily had not only gotten the water, but was already working on the vegetables. "Wow, you're fast." Sophia stated, a bit stunned.

"I... don't really know how you're people make stews, but I guess I should mention I can't handle dairy very well." She informed them, the idea of not telling them only to find out later wasn't that appealing to her.

"And den of course you throw in all dese vegetables and stuff over dere." He said pointing to a pile of weird looking vegetables, before noticing she was already chopping them. "One of dose might try to eat you by the way" He then told Sophia "You can start with getting da sauces for da stir-fried weasel."

 

[Slenn]

"I told you I was excited to cook. My specialty was cooking when I worked as a maid in my father's manor. Are you lactose intolerant, Sophia?"

"Lobsters try to clamp you with their claws before putting them into a pot. So this will probably be no different."
