Braveer and Samus would hopefully realise the problem with what they'd just said, when the door to the bounty store vanished.

Samus nodded to Joel. "I agree. On both accou..." She trailed off as she noticed the door had gone.
"Right, I guess that's one way to look at it." She agreed with Victoria. Once she left the doorway, Sophia looked down at her bag again, setting her flowers aside as she pulled out some clean clothes she had in there. 'If nothing else I can just change into these afterwards.' She thought as she looked back at the doorway. 'Sure is quiet though...' She commented, realizing not many people were on the ship at the moment.
Samus put her helmet back on, turning to the faceless clerk. "Let us out of here." It was more of a command then a beg.
"You're protecting a fugitive from clients of the bounty store, and intend to harm said clients. Why would I even consider letting you out?" the figure asked Samus.
"Ah! But perhaps we are wrongfully accused! Plus you would not let the world see this handsome face ever again. Would you really want that?" He said attempting to lay on the charm to the faceless woman. Including him somehow making his teeth do a single sparkle when he smiled.
"And your evidence for that is..." the clerk replied, a raised eyebrow drawing itself on their no-face. They managed to resist Braveer's charms, by virtue of being blind. "You literally just said it."
"We're traveling in a group. One of our members is good at catching lies. He confronted her about these charges, she denied them, and she was telling the truth."
"How do I know you're good, though?" the faceless clerk said, before turning their attention back to Samus. "That's not technically valid proof, because he could have made a mistake, be biased, or she could be a very good liar."
"Well I fight all the evil people with rapier wit and charm! Not only that but I am a man of fine culture, romance, intrigue, and mystery." He said putting odd emphasis on romance. He then pulled out a red rose from his sleeve and handed it towards the faceless woman "A rose for the fine lady."
"I haven't got any reason to trust him, either." the person pointed out. "If you can actually show me proof the charges are false, I'll have the bounty poster taken down."

"Sir, the problem is that it is impossible to come up with proof of any of those things. Because none of us have been to her or the knights' universe before. As well as the fact that all we have for you is anecdotal evidence. Our task from the beginning was to figure out the truth before any hostilities. You assumed, just because we are protecting Sophia, that our immediate response is to kill the knights. But part of our mission is to confront the knights to see if they have any proof of the charges. I and my sisters are scientists, we're trained to confront any authority that dares to give claims. If push comes to shove... then the dynamic changes. Does everyone in this room understand?" EMily turned to the others, with a simplistic tone about her, but one that did command some attention.
"Understood." Samus said,before giving the bard another "for the love of god please shut up" elbow nudge.
