"Surely they mentioned the war at some point, they had to of? Not a lot of people really know much about it, I guess people just want to forget about it, 100 years or so is a long time. Heck I didn't know what chocolate even smelled like until after I fell into the other universe. But as I understand 'we' the people that don't have chocolate magic people won the war, and there was peace after that."
"The knights though, this Order of Sanctity, I guess see themselves as a way to never let that war ever get a chance to start again. I never knew they existed before they came to my home. It was that day that the magic awakened in me..." She continued explaining, rubbing her eyes a bit. "I ran home after my friends had attacked me, they had been complaining about a headache for much of the day, some weird smell that they couldn't place. When I finally got home it was already pretty dark, and once I closed the door, I noticed papa..." She paused realizing it might confuse EMily. "My step father was sitting on one of the stools, looking over to me. That look he had then... he looked like he was betrayed, like I had betrayed him." Although she looked pained to admit this, it didn't seem like this was the first time she'd told this story to. "I pleaded with him, saying that people were acting strangely around me, but he didn't seem to want to hear it, like he already knew what had happened. And that's when the knight revealed himself, and that's when it just turned into a big mess. At that point, my only option was to run, and so I did. I managed to snatch the family dagger before I left, and thus started the seven day manhunt for me."
"That was back when I was around 17, so after that week, I fell into the new universe... and have been living their for the past 3 years, until this mess happened now."
