When a man fell on to the ground, and might possibly be injured, Medic went over to this man of bats and turned his medigun on and healed any wounds the man had. "Hello. I am Ze Medic, and I vill be your healer today. And zere is only a slight chance zat your spleen vill explode from zis."
Samus thought for a second. While this would be a good hunt in any other situation, this wouldn't be a good bounty for Joanna... She looked at the clerk. "Any other prominent bounties?"
"I don't know what you'd call 'prominent', but there are a bunch of other bounties." the woman replied pointing at all the sheets on the boards. "Most of them already have bounty hunters going after them, though."
When Medic suddenly burst into the kitchen, Sophia shook her head in disbelief. Where had he just come from? "M-Medic!? Get out of here, he isn't someone you can experiment on!" Sophia protested, marching up towards him.
"Then what was that talk about spleens exploding?" Sophia crossed her arms and looked up at him sternly. "You had no idea if he was hurt and yet you haphazardly use something that would explode an organ of his? How does that make any sense?"
After Seras said her goodbyes to the bounty hunters, she went back to the ship, feeling pretty dejected still. She saw Kenna, where ever she was, and walked over to see how she was doing.
Kenna, seeing the mystery man was being tended to, broke off as Seras approached, going to talk to the vampire. "Hey. You doin alright?"
"Alright I suppose. It's sad to see friends leave. I just hope they come back." Seras said with a sigh. "How are you though?" she asked Kenna, not wanting to seem like she only came over to talk about herself.
"There's no rule saying that, it's just that you might end up wasting your time if someone else turns in the bounty." she replied. "So, it's best not to take bounties other people are working on."
