Samus took the file, looking it over. When she was done, she passed it to Gwen.

"Not really a problem. Guy's a fucking sociopath, but he's willing to live and let live. I just avoid him. Besides, he's not the big issue. I'm looking for a cure for... This." Kenna looked down, seeming a bit freaked out.

Samus and Gwen, upon reading the file, would learn that Faelan was a dullahan, a type of faerie. His murder charges were numerous, and mostly limited to the British Isles and northern France. Many of his vandalism charges were destruction of church property.

"I have to keep an eye on zis patient, Or else he might die."

"I understand. So...you know for sure there's a cure?" Seras asked, wondering if there was some sort of cure for herself in Kenna's world.

 

[Slenn]

<color=purple>"Well, I know it sounds ironic, but let's go for the crazed environmentalist. That way we won't have any competition, as the clerk suggested."

"Then stop working on him, then his spleen won't explode. Matilda aren't you going to say anything?" Sophia replied before looking over to Matilda, wondering why she hadn't said anything through all this. "I was going to be checking on him before you barged in here anyways."

Matilda blinked, then said, [color=006d5b]"Sorry, I kinda drifted off there. I forget it's sometimes hard to tell if I'm paying attention to something or not."[/color]

"Okay. But don't blame me if his heart explodes and I'm not here to help! I'm telling you zat his life would be much better with a gorilla kidney!... Maybe Three?" He said wondering off.

Sophia let out a heavy sigh as she rubbed the bridge of her nose. "Fucking asshole." She moaned under her breath as Medic finally left. She then looked back to Matilda her finger tapping the table, sounding irritated. "It's alright Matilda, it happens to the best of us. If you can take care of the rest of the stuff, I'm going to go and look over this caped guy that showed up. Hopefully that clown didn't do more damage than was already there." Sophia said, tapping a can on the table before moving to check on Batman. She checked on his pulse, and seeing if he was breathing.

I had walked downtown to buy a pack of smokes. I had been smoking more, it was the only thing that stopped me from dropping dead of stress at the moment. I was walking on down towards the ship when I saw a lady, cleaning up a box of decapitated heads. She was quick to assure me that these heads were not the result of a murder. Knowing this group of freaks, it could be anything. So I let it slip for now and I walked inside... To find the ferret dame, and the blind gal to be huddling over the unconscious body of Batman. I lit up a cigarette. It was going to be a looooong day.
"I Leave for a pack of smokes and this is what I come back too! The Goddamn Batman passed out in my kitchen!"

"Wait, you know this guy?" Sophia looked up from Batman to Stone. "He just appeared out of a red light all of a sudden. I don't think he's injured, but he doesn't seem to be responding either."

Ah, The Batman. Probably my biggest influence other than Dick Tracy. He was always a lot like the old Noir men of yore. He was rough, and tumble, Outside the law, and a skilled detective. The difference was that he always won. Not only by smarts but by brute strength. He made the life of a detective outside the law even more glamorous. Sure Tracy had a wrist watch you could talk too, but Batman had an entire arsenal of weapons that he could access at any time, a kick ass car, and kid sidekick to get him out of trouble. As Batman, you were unbeatable. I was a fool for thinking that it was that glamorous, should have choose somebody like a race car driver to look up to. At least they didn't have to deal with crime scenes all the time.
"Yeah, They made a comic book about him. Read it when I was a kid."

'A comic book?' Sophia thought to herself before looking back down at the man, finding that other than him being unconscious, he didn't seem to be hurt. "What kind of comic book are we talking about here?" Sophia replied to Stone, before rolling Batman onto his back, and putting her ear close to his chest, listening intently. "I don't hear anything wrong with his lungs either, that's good."

 

[Demonjazz]

"His parents died from a mugging, so he dresses up as a bat to strike fear into criminals. Cause they're a superstitious and cowardly lot."

 

[Zepherus14]

Sophia gave Stone a rather confused expression, the explanation of who Batman was really only opened up more questions than answered them. "I feel like I'm missing a couple of steps there... but whatever." Sophia eventually replied as she stood up and looked over to Matilda for a moment. "Hey Matilda, I'm going to go move Batman here to a bed for him to rest on instead of on the floor. You take care of getting the string and I'll come find you later to see how you're making out, alright?" She instructed before reaching down, and with a short grunt, lifted Batman up without too much difficulty.

"Mr. Stone, could you follow me, I'll need someone to get the door for me." Sophia asked politely before walking out of the kitchen. Since Kenna and Seras were standing basically outside the kitchen at the time, Sophia gave the two a slight nod as she passed them, although more focussed on keeping Batman up.

I had helped the dame with her doors. As I walked, I remembered the whole head shenanigans that happened earlier.
"... Mind explaining the box of decapitated heads for me?"

 

[Zepherus14]

"Oh don't even get me started on those..." Sophia said with disgust as she set batman into the bed, then turned back to Stone. "That one bucket head from the same group as Medic had them, the nutjob was pushing them into my face so I knocked him on his behind for it." Sophia answered, then looked to Batman again. "You think Batman would be angry at me if I removed that silly mask of his? He isn't vengeful about that, is he?" She pointed back at him with her thumb extended.

 

[Demonjazz]

"... Did he actually murder people for them. And yes, He has a secret identity to keep. Why else would you wear a mask?"

 

[Zepherus14]

"You don't need to say it so bluntly, how was I supposed to know. I still wanna look to make sure he doesn't have any lumps on his head, so I'll still have to try it. Did he boobytrap his mask or anything?" She asked, then paused as she thought about Soldier.

"I... actually don't know, and it a lot of ways don't exactly want to." Sophia shuddered, crossing her arms as she hugged herself a bit. "Either answer is completely messed up and not good, regardless of how he came upon them."

"He wouldn't appreciate that, but you can do it if you want too. And don't just say you don't know, I'm a detective after all, try saying that to a cop and you'll probably get a billy club to the face. Did he mention a war? He at least pretends to be a soldier."
