This pedestrian also looked a bit scared, but much more confident than the other guy. He just made a gesture to put it up to her ear, and if she did she would of course hear the other person on the line.

 

[Kirke]

She raised the phone to her ear, a bit too pumped up on adrenaline for the moment to really get freaked out when she heard a voice through it. "Hello. I have apprehended a person who recently escaped from one of your 'police stations'. He is currently unconscious, but I would very much like you to come and arrest him before he wakes back up."

OoC: Oh yeah. The grips and rear blades of both swords can be seen over her shoulders.

The operator said that they would send a car right away.... Incidentally the cop car was one from the police station they just escaped from seeing as how it was the closest one.

 

[Kirke]

Húriel almost asked what a car was, but stopped herself and instead only said, "Thank you." She then put the phone on the ground, and took a look at how Darkan was doing.

 

[Demonjazz]

Darkan was fine other than a bump on his head. The cop car arrived a minute or so later, and two officers got out of the car. One was a rather large, and burly man with a thick black beard, he didn't say much. The one who did most of the talking was a very plain looking man, looked to be more suited for a temp agency than the police. He was the one who cuffed Darkan, before going over to Huriel and saying "Would you mind coming back to the station for questioning?"

 

[Kirke]

Húriel sighed, then agreed. "Very well, but I hope it does not take a lot of time."

 

[Demonjazz]

Darkan was put in the back of the squad car, and the plain looking officer motioned for Huriel to get in with him. Darkan was still unconscious in the car.

 

[Kirke]

Húriel sat down in the car, looking quite nervious at riding in the metal contraption. She also worried about what to say, and began formulating a lie in her head.

 

[Demonjazz]

When they arrived at the station, Darkan had woken up, he was unnaturally nervous about the situation he was in. So nervous in fact that he bolted as fast as he could when he got out of the car. He was quickly tackled by the burly cop though, and the two cops, and him were walked into the police station, the plain looking officer motioning towards Huriel to follow.

"Wait, what? You OK?" Kenna looked up, startled.

"Oh, yes. The reason I need to return to Drangleic... I had a task that I needed to finish. I was about to do it before I appeared in this world. This task... it will kill me." Nalyssa said to Kenna, smiling weakly.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"...holy shit..." Kenna breathed. "I'm sorry..."

"You do not need to feel sorry for me. I have accepted my fate. Or so I thought. Now that I am here, and my death has been delayed, I feel somewhat relieved. It is cowardly, I know..."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Look, I'm not sure I can talk about stuff like this. I'm no shrink. But... You know... Not wanting to die is normal. "

"Maybe, but a creature such as I has no right to live... I am sorry to burden you with talk of my fate."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Wait, creature? If you don't mind me asking... What are you?"

"I... I would rather not say."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Right." Kenna said, understandingly.

Nalyssa continued looking of in the distance, not responding to Kenna.

Joel, who was still waiting in the police station, looked quite confused when the guy that was supposed to be broken out was brought back in.
