The lizard saw Joel's uppercut coming, and went to deliver a swift kick, his muscular legs having the ability to break though foot thick solid stone in one hit. If the kick were to stop Joel even for a second in his attack, the lizard would have brought out another gun to shoot him several times. With the same setting as before.
The Saurian being busy, and fending off Joel, would have little time to react to Huriel. Meaning that when the sword was stabbed into his back, the sword would have made it through a seam in his Armour, how far Huriel could not tell, but judging from the loud shriek of pain the lizard let out, it was definitely enough to hurt him. The only downside being that the sword was stuck in his armour.

EMily was able to pick up on what was her birthmark based on the mentioning of the scales.
"That sounds like a good guess, although I'm not too much for astrological predictions. Although, I suppose we can't predict much else with such an exquisite birthmark."

Joel doubled over with the force of the kick, but he grabbed the lizard man's lower leg and attempted to lift him off the ground, then throw him outside.

The lizard man would be about as easily picked up as any other man. Although when it could feel it's self getting picked up, it cranked up the setting of it's gun to about the equivalent of his kick, shooting twice at him. "Get off of me you ungrateful beast!"

"It's pretty bizarre itself. Most of us don't understand how it's able to do that. Perhaps when Winona returns we could give you a bit of a demonstration. But for some food for thought, A rectangle or a square is symmetric. The letters A and T are symmetric. When you flip it over or view it through a mirror, it appears the same."

The lizard did exactly what Huriel said. Having no armour on his armpits, the sword easily went through and pierced some organ of importance to his race. Darkan-who was knocked unconscious when Joel dropped him-Had woken up and looked at the carnage surrounding him. He quickly pinched the guns off the lizard, before saying "I would run if I were you. The suit sends a signal that alerts the lizard empire. They're coming here to clean up in like ten minutes at most." After he was done talking, he started off down the street. Pushing through pedestrians.
Alain just stood and watched as Húriel and Joel killed the lizard. "I would have helped, but it looked like you guys had it covered..." He said to Joel after Hùriel ran off.
After some time of running, Darkan, and Huriel had arrived at where Dace's ship was parked. After Darkan talked for a bit on his compad, overhead you could see a small(Comparable to the Millennium Falcon), box-like Military vessel, with the letters "Northern Corona" Written on the side of it in white paint. The ramp opened and a huge man walked out of it. Nearly seven feet tall, and just as wide. He wore some military outfit that wouldn't look out of place in Gears of War, he was chompin' a cigar when he walked out "I see you met our medic. He's a handful, ain't he?"
