OOC: It doesn't effect the person per sae it affects the words spoken by them (The rules and stuff of the magic system in Eragon are so freaking complicated) Base words can be used but in the books Eragon is really good at doing complicated magic with a limited magical vocabulary. The Eragon I'm playing is after the end of the last book when he is at his strongest so...

"I second that idea. Based on what I've seen and heard, I'm inclined to believe that Joel is not our most pressing issue at the moment." Will agreed with Alek.
"Alek makes a good point. Now that I think about it the wolf-monster is a far greater threat than whoever is blowing up these random cities. Plus he owes me countless riches. I say we switch our focus to hunting down and killing this wolf-monster thing."
OoC: So if Eragon said Joe knew how to juggle for example, Joe could juggle, or am I going too far.

OOC: He can't change a person brain like that...he could give Joe the ability to juggle but Joe's brain would not know how it came to learn the ability and thus be unable to do it. Theres a good example in the books when training with Oromis he asks if the elves can't just give him the knowledge and strength to be a rider but is then told about how is brain would be too unfamiliar with his new talents and be unable to use them (Then he spends the next 300 or so pages training)Zepherus14 said:

Alek remembered his pistol. He dashed back to the quite burned metal detector security checkpoint. The security was gone, but his gun was still there. For some reason, Eragon followed him, oddly quiet and listening in. It was unsettling and Alek quickly hurried back to the auditorium.
