Eragon was confused at Preginalds outburst of words towards the Joel before and the whole good cop bad cop thing. All Eragon knew was that Preginald talking was extremely annoying. Maybe he could break this one without resorting to his mental abilities. "Only you can shut him up Joel, tell us if you're the real one." Eragon said trying to be heard over Preginalds rantings.
Dromaeus muttered to the Merc.
"He gave each of them different details of the story? Crafty bastard." Speaking louder he said,
"I was a little late arriving to our meeting with Artimus. My arrival caused some consternation. Why was that?"

"Preginald! Are you crazy?!." Eragon blurted after Preginald fired. "We can't find out what happening if he bleeds to death." But Eragon did see the reason behind it. Joel was a complete and utter scoundrel and murderer and deserved to be punished for his crimes but Eragon did not believe in torture, even of false life.
Alastair grimaced before running out and screaming "THIS ONE IS A FAKE!!!" Alastair knew this cause he told the real Joel the actual thing that happened."Oh thank you, you absolute idiot." He left the room slamming the door behind him. He entered again. "You dont know the truth dont you?"

Joel-2 advanced on Alastair and grabbed his throat. "Only I know how to stop the end." and started kicking, punching and biting him.

Eragon watched Preginald leave but remained here for now. He would try and break this Joel in the same way he had done the first. He expanded his conciousness towards the Joel and smashed his way to the centre of his mind, seizing control. He found the memory again, of Joel instructing his copies on what to do and so knew this one was fake also. He put him to sleep with a word same as the first and left the room to catch up with Preginald.
Alastair took his sword and plunched it deep into Joels chest. The wolf fell back and hit the floor. "Nobody and i repeat NOBODY! Touches me!" Alastair said before ripping the hand of his neck.He had cut clean through Joels hand. "Ha, My little souvineir." Alastair said as he left the room.
The Merc heard Joel yelling and ran out, only to watch Alastair kill him. "YOU TRIGGER-HAPPY ASS! We're fucked now. Preginald, is the Joel in room 4 the real Joel?"
