Garrus had his rifle held at a safe angle, but now he levelled it at Upsilon.
"We turians have a strong sense of service to our society. A turian would gladly lay down his life so others may live. None would kill a civilian under any circumstances. If you were under the jurisdiction of the Heirarchy, I'd have shot you by now." he spat.

Legion stepped outside the tent, and began scanning for Kappa, his Widow rifle at his shoulder.

Garrus switched his attention to Kappa when he stood by Upsilon's side. Shepard stayed fixed on Upsilon.
"'Keeping an eye on things'? I don't like that explanation one bit. Where were you 'keeping an eye on things' from, Kappa? Were you in the building where we found Alastair? Was it you that fired that rocket at the camp?"

"No, I was up on that hill. In fact, our helmets have recording devices. It's how we knew who killed Alpha..." Kappa explained. He removed his helmet and handed it to Shepard, who put it on. A short video clip played, showing a sniper rifle aimed at the camp, Alastair entering the building and then the missile firing.

OOC: Recorded it on Upsilon's helmet? As in, he just left the helmet propped on a rock behind he sniper scope? Or some other trick that I haven't tought of? If it was some other trick, explain.

"Kappa was on the hill with a sniper rifle. He watched Alistair enter the building through the scope, and then saw the rocket being launched. Alistair was lying the whole time."

Shepard removed the helmet and stared at Kappa , her eyes narrowed to slits.
"You must be one hell of a sniper, to hold the scope so steady. Rock steady. In fact, I've seen some of the best snipers in the alaxy at work, and even they move a miniscule amount when they try to hold still. I don't buy this."

OOC: he held the helmet up on a rock. but, Theta would be able to cover Shepard's suspicions by pointing out that their armour locks down to stay steady.

OOC: Cool. Is that a Star Wars character, I'd assume so judging by what appears to be an Imperial patch on the arm (or Republic, I can't remember which is which.)

OOC: Republic, the artist thinks. Basically, it's just the face. The fact that he has a sniper rifle is just better.
"The only way to properly settle this is with a military inquisition." Mat said, "Regardless of the innocence of either Alastair or Upsilon, I don't like the idea of them freely roaming around the camp. They should be thrown in reinforced cells until the investigation is complete."
