Rakanis was tense with anticipation as he viewed the Deltas, Kilo and the man who had just left the battlesuit. He warped a short distance forward in the attempt to force a retaliation. "Strike, those of my kin slain by you hand cry for vengeance"

OOC: All you really need to know at this point is the picture is just a generic Resistance 2 medic. The character is one of my own creation and doesn't actually exist in the official universe, so I'll be providing him with his own personality and back story.
This is a standard SPECTER team guy, highly trained but otherwise just a normal human. He's equipped with the XR-42 Phoenix, a weapon that "fires a beam of energy which, upon contact with a Chimera, drains the target's energy rather slowly and then transfers it towards the medic, healing him. This energy can then be fired at a human ally to regenerate their health."
(Now, technically, this draining only works on Chimera and the healing only works on humans, but I'm going to go ahead and say it's far more versatile than that and will drain or heal anyone because it's a new experimental model.)
His secondary weapon will be the Rossmore 238 Combat Shotgun, which doesn't really need any special description.
His sidearm is a High Explosive (HE) .44 Magnum. For future reference I'll put this in, "The High Explosive .44 Magnum fires armor-piercing rounds useful for close-quarter combat scenarios. It is the only weapon in the SRPA arsenal certified for use with glycerin rounds. Each slug carries a small, explosive charge that can be remote-detonated from a switch near the trigger guard."
Finally he also carries an assortment of grenades (Frag, Hedgehog, and air fuel).
For a physical description, we'll say he's about 6 feet tall, 170lbs.

OOC: Just establishing that Rakanis is out in the open in front of everyone and not hidden anymore.
Rakanis helmet turned to face Quatre. "The Warlock commands that you and your battlesuit are an obstacle. I am here to validate the Warlock's suspiciouns." With that he warped towards Quatre and held his power blade up to his neck. "I could end you now human, but there is no fun in the hunt then." He warped away again.
Battlesuit? Does he mean the Gundam? Quatre thinks as the humanoid disappears again.

Shu looked down and watched the commotion below, "intriguing i wonder what that strange creature means by battlesuit"
OOC@Outisakanobody: Since it's your character on the line I'm gonna let you decide as to whether or not Will ends up brain-washed. (so long as nobody else sees fit to try and spring him from capture in the meantime) So think about that while I'm gone for class for another two-or-so hours.

Rakanis warped around the parked battlesuit. Testing material density with his power blades, analysing joint fixtures and energy conduits. He finished his sweep in seconds. "Primitive technology as expected yet more advanced than that expected of this world and period. Weaponry energy and ballistic based. Armour thick and made of tough material. A challenge indeed." Rakanis warped back to Quatre. "The warlock gave no indication on what to do with you, only that the one called Heero is not to be killed under any circumstances." His head took a sinister turn. "What is your name human?" He asked.
Draug's targeting display scanned every thing in the clearing. He had 80 missle locks on crucial targets through out the clearing. His proximty sensor flicker and he said to Inaeun "4th Quadrant, elevation 16.000, Reaper launcher systems have an additional 15 locks. Confirm Ranger." Inaeun rased his scope to the indicated postition and began to search, his scope scanning and analysing the sky in search of the auto-locks that Draug's Reaper launcher had aquired.

"oh, found me already did you, you're a fast one buts i'm not interested in you so i'll have to get you away from that mech" Shu sits in pause talking to himself, as he waits for the creatures next move

The soldier stepped forward on shaky legs. He stumbled and fell to his knees. He looked around and saw a windmill, which confused him. 'I should be is Scotland, but this...doesn't seem right...' he thought wearily. But there were people near the windmill so he struggled to his feet and walked toward them.
Rakanis continued to look at Quatre. "I am sorry Quatre but I have not hunted in awhile. Your life is unimportant." With that he warped out of sight to a vantage point, one of several he had scanned. His Death Spinners whirled into action and the weapons began to thread the physcic charged wire and cast it forth towards Quatre. The bluish cloud, twice as thick due to using to Death Spinners, drifted twinkling through the air with alarming speed but Rakanis had intentionaly set the charge on low and had his aim off so it was likely Quatre wouldn't be caught in it.
Inaeun scanned upwards, his Ranger long rifle cycled through vision modes before Inaeun finaly powered the rifle up as he noticed a glimpse of a target on his Physcic-nerve link scope. "Target ,confirmed at 40.000ft, Mon-Keigh." Draug remained completly still in firing position as he said "Not likely, Mon-Keigh not capable of exhibiting energy signatures of this type. Warn Rakanis that his hunt may be interuppted and send a report to Warlock Xanis. At any rate maintain disruption field and continue observation." Inaeun lowered his rifle as he sent the incripted message to Rakanis and then one to Xanis detailing the situation. Xanis acknowledgment was swift and oredered them to hold fast, he would be there shortly with a squad of Guardians and the Banshees. Inaeun raised his rifle once more this time magnifying the view the distant figure.
