Renlen accepted the Eldar-make pistol. He'd been hoping for Xanis to possibly present him with one of the swords he'd seen some of the Eldar soldiers wielding but this would make do. At least he'd learn a fair bit about their technology from it and may even be able to incorporate some of the tech into GS or the DBR. "I'll try my best not to blow up everything when I start poking around this." He mentally communicated to Xanis through GS. "Now should I be on my way?"

OOC: Xanis needs to be stopped somehow. The way I see this playing out is Xanis finds the weapon, fails to kill everyone who then precede to destroy the Warp Siphons preventing the weapon from being able to charge, Xanis calls everyone shortsighted fools before getting killed, the majority of his warhost and the weapon make it back to Ulthwe. Xanis predicted two outcomes: He would succeed and survive but his entire warhost will be lost or he fails and dies but the majority of his warhost returns to Ulthwe.

OOC: oooookaaaay what does that mean for Shu or can he just sort of ignore it, i mean sure he doesn't give a damn about this world but he currently has plans for it and is using it but if Xanis could be readily stopped by others Shu likely wouldn't deal with the situation.

In America:

Sofia and Xavier were at a drop ship for the main fleet Xavier was involved with. They threw all the equipment on and blasted into space. " My dad is in Japan. Go get him!" Sofia said into the comms.

Alastair flicked the katana away but it came back. "Who is Mother!?!" Alastair shouted out of frustration.

Alastair dodged the attack and tackled the man and saw the other 2. He jumped off the man beneath and smacked the other 2 with their own handguns making them all bleed from the face. Alastair picked up the handguns and pointed them at their former owners. He laid his boot on the other mans face. "Who is Mother?!?!" He shouted again.

OOC: Litch King will be my character and he is a mean baddy.

Loz growled and punched Alastair, his gauntlet sending him reeling and making him drop the guns.

Motioning over a squad of 4 Guardians "Embark within a Falcon, take this human with you to Pregialds former base and recover the book." The Guardians acknowledged and hurried over to s Falcon Grav Tank and entered the hatch at the rea. Xanis motions for Renlen to follow. "The tank will take of when you are aboard and you shoulda arrive swiftly."

The Guardians in Japan had snuck cloeser to bring their short range weapons to bear. The leader of the squad, again with a wraithbone earpiece said in a hushed tone "Wait until they tire then attack."

OOC: Xanis only wanted to talk to Shu to find out his part in this and to try and persuade him to help him.

Alastair looked at the man before slashing the ropes of Knife and picking him up and running away. "You crazy!" He shouted. He smashed his head onto a big armoured no faced man. "-grunt- Pathetic mortal." The Litch king said as he picked up Alastair and Knife.

The drop ship came to see Alastair rubbing his head and Knife knocked out. "Take him!" The marine said pointing at Alastair. Alastair was thrown in and taken to the Blood Ravens fleet.

The Litch King was walking around. He was in a diffrent place. No Alliance. No nothing. He saw a man with a boat. "excuse me mortal!" he grunted as he pushed the man into water. He was going to Ireland. "This is taking too long!" Litch King snarled and blew behind him. The boat gained speed and eventually reached Ireland.

OOC: It's almost impossible to reach Ireland from Japan, because America and Europe are in the way. You'd have to sail through the southern seas. Even then it would take a few days, assuming the boat (which is a speedboat) has enough fuel. And there's no way for the Lich King to know where Ireland is.

It appears that Arthas has inherited Alastair's traits of being able to do anything.
Also Trilby, don't you think the Survival is Key RP is going rather slow?

Renlen nodded and saluated Xanis. "Be seeing you then." he 'said' as he boarded the hovering Eldar craft. As he took a seat inside, he pulled out the gun that Xanis had presented him with and immediately began examining it, beginning with GS scanning the device, attempting to identify the separate parts that made it up and constructing a 3D image which he would work from when dismantling it.

You can RP the tank arriving at the ruins as I don't know how far away they are from the Eldar staging point and what the location looks like.

Additionally, is Berk gone for good or will he be making a reappearance in the far future?[sub]I forgot to say bye...[/sub]

Yeah, it is. Probably because it's a very GM-intensive one unlike this, and our GM is hours behind everyone.
Also, Random is gone until further notice.

And I will start Jaguar. The southern seas would annihilate a speedboat (given that there are icebergs, 60mph winds and the waves they cause).

OOC: Well, this thread does have GMs (like Diablo as Rugal and Drak as Preginald), but because it's mostly character-driven we don't need them on all the time.
The Survival is Key thread seems to be about puzzle and riddle-solving, therefore we need the GM to tell us if we solved it right.

OOC: But the problem is the GM seems to be on for only a short while each day. And my character has no clue as what he should be looking to do yet. Well, mine and Hellraid's.
Does any one know if a Homestuck inspired RP has been suggested on these forums before?

OOC: I take it this RP is alot more unorthodox than other ones then...since nobody is GM. I think we tried to get one once....it didn't work.

Trust me, there have been more ridiculous ones...
