I ducked as the gatling gun sprayed bullets into the shell of the building where I had retreated to avoid the larger battle.

"Rude! Reno! Lay off the gunfire over here! I want this place clear to move around in."

As I spoke, Swiftrunner appeared, and I sent him into cover with a torrent of gunfire from the SAW.

"So, back for another shot are you, oathbreaker?" I hissed, hoping to infuriate Swiftrunner into a rash attack.

Alastair woke with the sound of a roar and the sound of bullets. Alastair picked his revolver in one hand and shot his last 5 bullets one hitting the chaingun making it pause its fire. He only relaised the blood coming out of his caped jacket...

Alastair was forced to retreat to a safer location haven't made a single freind or ally he struggled his way over to the men who shortly before had shot him. "help.......me" he slurred as he struggled to stay alive.

"Oath breaker? -growl- OATHBREAKER!" roared Swiftrunner as he continued to circle so Mike couldn't locate him. "What would you have me do? Choose this -growl- world over my own kin?" He challenged before emerging with a brief roar to draw attention and then dodging the spray that followed.

He returned to circling waiting for an opening.

"Some fuckwit's shooting us with a revolver... What, stop firing? Okay Mike. RUDE! Snipe him!"
"Will do." Rude pulled out a .408 CheyTac high-powered sniper rifle, lay prone on the helicopter floor, loaded a clip of 305 grain bullets and fired a shot at Alastair.

Alastair was bleeding fast he was alright with the blood loss he patched the wound it was just.He couldn't move. He unseathed his sword and swung and the men who shot him. He injured himself more than he did to them.

Alastair fell to the floor and saw images fly past him rembering his family.

Waking from his nap aboard the helicopter, Preginald says, "Well when in the name of our magnificent and wonderful lord The Creator did this giant monster show up?" Clearly gesturing to Godzilla.

"Time for ole Preggie to start pulling his weight around here."
A swirling green portal appears above Godzilla's head. Out of the portal falls what appears to be a gigantic mechanical spider, roughly the size of Godzilla's head. The spider latches on to Godzilla's neck.
"Now keep that thing distracted Gregory, I've a feeling my friends need all the help they can get." He shouts through his megaphone.

"It would be a pleasure m'lud." Gregory, the giant mechanical spider responded. Directing his attention Godzilla, Gregory shouts at the top of his lungs (so to speak) "Let's do this, ************!" And begins wildly stabbing its razor-sharp knife-like legs into Godzillas neck.

I glared at the rubble, tracking the clacking of small stones and scratching of claws, trying to keep Swiftrunner in front of me, trying to seperate the sounds he made from those of the battle around us.

"Goddamn it Swiftrunner, do you really think Rugal will help you? How many lies has he told us already? When has he said one thing that was true? He'll dispose of you the very moment you stop being useful to him! You must know that! Whatever slim chance we might have had of returning everyone to their homeworlds, there is no such chance that he'll do the same, because there's nothing in it for him!"

"Human The one with the wolf" " the wolf wants freedom he didnt want to betray you he needed a way back and...and....and..." Alastair was silent.





OOc: yes i know he wants honour as well as a way home he wouldn't want to kill the human otherwise.

OOC: @ JaguarDwarf, if your character has any special powers or anything that can be used against Godzila, that's a fight that needs some numbers. The thing is, the one involving Mike and Swiftrunner is a rivalry between two characters that should be settled one to one.

Swiftrunner stopped moving, hoping to throw Mike off. "Rugal was the only one who had ever -snarl- thought of a way to send me home even if it is a lie -growl- its still more hope than Joel gave us" Swiftrunner began to move in the opposite direction, slowly this time. "Joel cared only for himself -snarl- I am a guardian of the Lady of the forest and leader of those she protects." Swiftrunner stopped and roared again "I DO THIS FOR THEM!" he doubled back once more picking up a large fist sized rock in his hand.

OOC: So is mine. Use your imagination, say the bullet clipped off a support beam, you had a breastplate that could take a few shots, whatever. Bear in mind as well that not every fight has a part for your character. Mine hasn't had all that much to do lately because he isn't a superhuman, or an industrial espionage specialist. I have another character to use after this one dies, you can interact with him when I use him.

"Rugal doesn't have your interests at heart any more than Joel does!" I stopped myself. "You know what? It does't matter! You clearly have your mind set on killing us, one by one." I cocked the SAW and held it to shoulder level. My voice was harsh and manic now, far different to the confident control during the first battle I fought back in my rejuvenated homeland.

"So what are you waiting for, Comrade? You have your first prey right where you want it! There's only one thing left for you to do. Take it!"

Bursting from the rubble in anger Swiftrunner hurled the rock at Mike hoping at least to dislodge the weapon from his grip. Without waiting Swiftrunner charged with a savage roar hoping to close the distance unabated. He ran in a serpentine patter out of instict just in case the rock didn't connect. He was close now.

Consciousness slowly returned to Renlen. He had a pounding headache and the last thing he remembered was his face colliding with the side of the elevator before darkness. All around him he heard the sound of pistons and machinery being interrupted with the odd hiss of steam. Whilst rubbing his temple, he came to the conclusion that he and Alek were no longer in the elevator. But where then? Renlen opened his eyes and took in the cage like container he was slumped in. He then directed his eyes forward and looked at steampunk machinery being operated by a multitude of Joes. He blinked once, twice, three times but either his perception of what was real and what wasn't was off or there really were a large number of Joes running everywhere. Deciding now wasn't to the best time to debate his sanity, Renlen grabbed GS and checked his charge level after remembering he had slammed the bot into various control panels before causing/setting his spherical companion to surge. Renlen silently noted that he probably owed the bot 10 beers or something after the number of times he had saved his ass. GS didn't look no worse for wear though and was nearly fully charged. Leaving him clipped to his belt, Renlen pulled his aching body up and stood. He then exited what he guessed must have been a steampunk-esque version of an elevator and decided to see what was going on.

Seeing the chunk of rubble flying through the air I dropped to one knee, letting it sail over my head. Trying to keep Swiftrunner in the sights, I squeezed and held trigger. The machine gun roared, casting a withering barrage of fire that tore apart anything that got in its way.
