Joe saw one of the people in the group edging towards the iron monolith he had been following for some time. On second thought, it looked like some sort of bipedal diesel powered war-machine from up close. He always had a bit of a fascination with machines for as long as he could remember, so he decided to head around the hill he was behind to ask the man if he could get to ride it.

Zahl decided to make his entrance. Certainly, dropping from the sky amongst all those heavily armed hominids might be a good way to get himself killed, but the day he took up subtlety would be the day he no longer knew who he was.

Swiftrunner stalked around once more. He was now content with the situation he figured he would just have to endure the company of the others. This time he stopped by the the reptile "I must know creature -growl- are you a mage by any standard?"
Urai noticed a growing black dot in front of him. "Ready yourselves, something approaches from above."
"-snarl- good enough" Swiftrunner relaxed one mage was enough but now something seemed to be approaching from the sky...Swiftrunner thought it might be a dragon.
Joe got below one of the legs of the war-machine, and knocked on its metal exterior. *CLANG CLANG*

" Can I ride in this big metal contraption of yours?" Joe asked.

"Okay, the town hall goes over there, that crater would make a nice start for a swimming pool, we'll put the tiger pens on the other side then. Also we're gonna need to clear a large chunk of this forest for the water-park so I'll requisition some lumberjacks..." Preginald was giving orders to his construction robots when he noticed the dragon.

Swiftrunner growled, mages AND dragons. Swiftrunner half expected to see an army of Darkspawn as well. "Lets see what a dragon could -growl- want with our mismatched group"
"Very well. I admit I'm not familiar enough with this world to have much cause to fight over it yet anyway. Not that one NEEDS a reason to fight, but it does add something."
He surveyed the varied group, swinging his head back and forth.

As the dragon landed, Joe felt the earth tremble beneath him. He circled around to see the beast proclaim its challenge to the group had been avoiding before. "That is one big dragon!" he thought.
The man in the war-machine, opened a hatch to climb aboard the machine for the stickman, and Joe instantly climbed in. Sure this thing may be a bigger target but it was a lot safer than being outside.
