Renlen got to the elevator just as the power decided to shut down. "Shit..." he thought. He immediately grabbed GS and slammed him into the elevators control panel, diverging his charge back into the elevators systems. "Shit shit shit. I think I need more time..."

The elevator doors half opened, just as the power went out,and we levered it open to get into the 'portal room.'
"Alright, we're here. Rude? Whats the...?" At that moment I saw what appeared to be a giant train sitting right in the middle of the room.
"...the hell?"

"Sixty... damn. We can't wait, but we can't leave them. Everyone, get on the big thing that's going to come by right now." Rude removed his red Materia and inserted the dark green one. "[small]Fuck... sorry Reno.[/small]"
Rude raised his arm and produced a small orb of energy, which expanded into a large draconian beast. Rude climbed onto it, ducked, and watched as it stomped forwards, smashing the walls. "RENLEN! MIKE! GET ON!"

 

[Arrogancy]

Alek flew off the elevator once the doors opened. "Where's the exit?" he demanded once he entered the room. He stopped, there was someone else there, someone he didn't recognize, someone with a ridiculous sword. "I'll ask later." he said.

Swiftrunner wondered if Renlen and Micheal would survive Rugals ploy, he was eager to see how they fared against him when he was at his best. For now he kept watch over the island, senses sharp against any intrusion.

The elevator arrived and Renlen saw Alek standing within. "Move aside." he 'told' Alek as he pulled GS from the control panel and walked into the elevator and doing the same inside. He then began calibrating GS to surge. "I would hold on tight if your staying."

Without hesitation I climbed onto the back of Rude's dragon behind Rude. The reptile shrugged and climbed on as well.

"Joe save the Stormwalker!! We worked so hard on it!!" the Joes shouted from the cup.

"Fine! You put a portal paper in it right?" Joe asked.

"YES NOW GO!!"

Joe jumped through the portal he drew in the helicopter, into the Stormwalker, he couldn't see Alek. Damn where is he? Screw it... He grabbed the portal drawing still in the walker, jumped out of the walker and quickly through it in his pocket.

With seconds to spare he warped out of the building before the explosions started.

Alek than ran from the elevator to which Renlen 'replied' "Suit yourself...". He turned to GS then activated Surge. He then held onto the railing as if his life depended on it. 3 seconds passed and then he was rocketing past floors heading for the roof. "This is going to hurt." he thought.

 

[Safe in the Dark]

"GET IN..." Squall ordered as he held the door open."I CAN'T MAINTAIN THIS THING." Squall strained as he exhaled, his head pounded like a cinder-block had just smashed into it.

Alek didn't need to be told twice. He ran after Renlen. Hold on tight, they said, well, it was worth following advice.

Rugal was watching the Toyto Skyline from a telescope.

Rude closed his eyes. "FLY!"
Bahamut leapt up, smashing the ceiling and rising through the floors. It exploded through the roof and spread its wings.
"Uh... there may be some city-wide destruction." Rude mentioned as he drank more of his liquid and fired another set of Shield's before diving off.

It's funny how at the last minute everyone is yelling at someone to get on/in their method of escape.

The elevator was rapidly nearing the roof. Renlen wasn't sure what would happen when did. He hadn't calculated that far. "Well nows the time for action, not extrapolation." All the same, Renlen tore GS from the panel and clipped him onto his belt.

He held up a glass to the explosion.

Swiftrunner turned to view where he knew the other were and waited to see the crest of an explosion on the horizon.

When it happened Swiftrunner heard the blast saw the explosion.

He hoped the two he hunted had survived he had a matter of honour to settle with them.

OOC: despite betraying the group Swiftrunner hates himself for it but his duty to his people overrides his code of honour and thats why he still holds honour in high regard. Just incase people found the premise of this a tad confusing.
