Rex gives a bit of a smirk at the news Zack delivered. [color=008888] "So screw stealth, right? I'm more than happy to oblige that." [/color] In a familiar red flash, Rex transmutates his chain. Instead of the gun form he had used before, the chain now took the form of a pitch black metal gauntlet. It gave off sparks of red lightning and Rex's smirk turned into an evil grin as he stood by the others ready to go.

[color=BB1100] "Heh... Yes, sir!" [/color]

Royce got his Rossmore ready and waited to disembark.

OoC: @Outis, ...ok...but what is it? How does it work?

It's never really explained. It's an alien weapon that just heals people and can suck health from enemies. No one actually knows how or why.

Balthier walked over to Bullet, occasionally stumbling when the Warhammer made a sudden and sharp turn. "Calm yourself. You can hardly fight well when boiling with anger." he said as he placed a hand on her shoulder.

Rozalin simply nodded at Bryce in appreciation as she loaded the gun with his help. "So we've lost the element of surprise already? Oh well, I believe that I have found that I am not one for the quiet approach anyway." She commented. She continued to sit, as she really couldn't stand and hold her new weapon at the ready without taking up a large amount of space in the vehicle.

Bullet sighed. "I know... I know..."

"ok, Roz goes first and shoots in the direction of the biggest group of guys. Adam, you pick targets of opportunity. Royce, Rex, you come with me to take the overseers replacement. Everyone else, head to the bridge, to take it before they crash it or burn the maps. Understand everyone?"

Ryu growls, unable to speak in this form. But as the tendrils drain his form of strength he reverts back to human, the tendrils come lose in the process as his dragon form is separate from his human form.
"It seems I underestimated you... Perhaps I can use just a little of my true strength on you after all."
Once more the aura emits from his body and he screams as black energy encompasses his body with a mighty wind. This time revealing a large serpent form with a tail of flames and what might be considered ears encompassed by flames. Black miasma swirls around it's tail.

The serpent roars and uncoils it's body reaching into the sky. As it reaches high up into the sky it looks back down and begins to spew a black miasma that covers the entire area. Any foolish enough to breath it would find themselves instantly ill as this was no mere smoke, but a deadly supernatural poison, that even Ryu's normal healing magic couldn't alleviate.

OoC: I actually expected to fight as the Fire Dragon for a bit... But my hand is kind of being forced.

Balthier smiles at Bullet, then turned towards Bryce. "How are we to find the bridge? Their vessel could hardly be considdered small."

Valvatorez nodded to Bryce, but Fenrich responded "Make no mistake, we take no orders from you. Your goals just happen to coincide with ours."

Royce just nodded, looking very serious.

Ratsel noticed the black smoke as she ignition boosted over to lower ground to evade the smoke. At least for while. The helmet will still be useful... At least for the moment... If anything else the 2 hour free oxygen supply will do for now...

Bullet sighed as she started fiddling with her gauntlets.

"So I am to go in first then? I know little of tactics, so I suppose for now I will have to yield to your greater experience." Rozalin said to Bryce, trying to sound as far from humble as possible. I suppose this is what I get for picking up the first thing that catches my eye.

"Don't worry. I'll be right behind you." Royce said to Roz with a surprising amount of confidence. He even lightly clapped her on the shoulder.

"don't worry, just spray bullets around like a garden hose. The idea is to make them duck, not kill them." Bryce said, making his tone as calm as possible. He simply nodded to Fenrich.

The Warhammer hit max range for the rockets and fired, each one packing enough explosives to destroy bunkers if needed.

Rex nods, his smile lessening a bit.

As Ryu's black cloud of Miasma dissipated, it revealed Jack and Darwin to both be laying on the floor unmoving.

The Carrier's AA-turrets began shifting their sights over the Warhammer and soon started shooting a volley of rounds at the ship, each one exploding in close proximity.

The survivors of the raid at Travesty drew closer to the crash site of the thing that just fell from the sky.

Balthier crouched down, resting the barrel of his rifle on his shoulder while holding on to a chair. He silently awaited the moment he would need to move, tapping the trigger of his rifle with his index finger every once in a while.

Tiamat roared once more. It looked upon the bodies of Jack and Darwin from up high. It looked as if it was trying to sense whether they were dead or not. Being a Dragon of Darkness, and by extension death, it should have no problem deciphering this, but for some reason it was unsure.

Tiamat looked off towards where the carrier was. It sensed death. Tiamat devoured death. It began to fly off towards the carrier, seeking to kill those it sensed in conflict.
