"I'm alright for the moment....and I think she is...not sure tho....why do you ask" Black said to Bryce.

Having regained his strength, Balthier stood up and stretched. He walked outside, rubbing his sides, as he was still slightly aching.

Ratsel got up and started observing the skies outside the hanger. Something is eerily wrong here.

[color=greenyellow2]"Arksabre... Move out!"[/color] yelled a female voice as the stomping of primeval legs echoed through. Strange beast like creatures stomp through a swirling rainbow colored portal.

"You better be coming back alive. The war is still going and I haven't a clue why the Higher Ups believe this is necessary."

[color=greenyellow2]"I've got this, unlike my sister, thank you."[/color] she turns, pausing before the portal, then steps in as well.

OOC: Screw it, might as well post something so I don't go two entire days without doing so.

Rozalin was sitting near the railing on the deck of the carrier, examining her relatively new Machine-Gun. I wonder what I should call this thing? I certainly don't know the proper name for it, so I need something to go by. She 'Hmm'd' to herself as she pondered over a name for her new gun.

"Yes I have spoke to her a few times, It pays to know the people your working with" She said to Bryce. "Which reminds me we haven't properly met, My name Is Black....Black Rock Shooter..." She said, then put her hand out to Bryce.

@Drak stick around a bit, I'm trying to convince Black to watch Star wars.
"And you can call me Bryce, though I do answer to cowboy." he reached and shook her hand.

Balthier looked around the deck of the carrier. The first thing he noticed was the crater created when Marvin crashed into the carrier. Not wanting to be reminded of being showered with shrapnel, Balthier moved on. Noticing Ratsel staring up in the sky with a foreboding look, Balthier walked over to her. "Is something the matter?"

"Well it's nice to met you Bryce...." Black said to Bryce, then put her hands in her pockets.

Ratsel looks back at Balthier with a rather stern look. "I've detected something... Not sure what. I'm going to look and see, make sure that the group here is ready though." She spends her hands out and purposely falls backwards as she deploys her armor and flies off into the distance.

Cracking noises start appearing above the carrier as the skies seems to be bending towards the ship, as if the sky was some membrane trying to push something back.

 

[Chungus]

"Wonderful." Balthier said dryly, his voice completely devoid of enthusiasm. He drew his rifle and turned to the rest. "Seems the enemy is going to make a move at last. Do be ready." He then looked up to the skies, the barrel of his rifle resting on his shoulder.

"So, you sure you don't want to watch Star Wars? Possibly one of my favorite, if not my favorite, movie out." he jumped when he heard the cracking, as did Zachariah who awoke at the sound.

Black replied to Balthier with a 'Hmm' before looking at the skies. "That could be one of Chariot's teleports.....we could be in for a Mech fight..." Black said, as she drew her sword out ready. "Ill watch later Cowboy..." She said to Bryce.

OOC: Hey there guys. I'm assuming that the enemy is closing in on the Warhammer? And that Kirke is now Marvin the depressed robot from HGTTG?

Rozalin yelped and fell over away from Hellen as she touched her. "Why is it that no one here knows to respect a person's personal space? I don't like random strangers touching me." She grumbled as she stood up and picked up her machine-gun. "Just what is that?" She said curiously as she heard the cracking noise and looked up.

"Yeah its looking like one of those days..." he muttered as his eyes went red. Zachariah already had his bow out and an explosive arrow in the gravitic accelerators. Suddenly Bryces voice changed. "okay, any idea what would work well here? Cuz I'm feeling acid. Maybe gas if its manned." Caesar said, slowly growing wings.
