"That 'Bullet' girl. She attempted to steal our body heat to fuel her implements of destruction. And yet everyone dotes over her like she was the victim. Sometimes I wonder if I am the only one among us with any sense." Rozalin replied to Rex, her voice carrying no small amount of venom. Seeing Jayce carry the unconscious Bullet and take her out of the infirmary, she sighed and decided to confront Bullet tomorrow.

Yukimaru occupied herself with wandering aimlessly about in the corridors of the Carrier.

Bryce watched Yuniko practice from the deck for a bit, before watching the stars again, talking to Caesar. wonder what I can't do, if we were able to copy that guy from the sahara. He had one of the most complicated techniques. I don't know, but I ain't gonna try crapping out spiders just yet. It'd be creepy. sighing, Bryce leaned back and watched the stars.

 

[Chungus]

Having up reason to remain in the infirmary, Balthier dropped the blanket he had wrapped around herself and left, heading outside.

Rex scratches his head a bit, remembering how cold the infirmary was when Bryce woke him up. He puts his hand to his chin. [color=008888] "Don't get me wrong, Princess. I'm not a fan of people who swoon over a girl in distress. I find it distasteful. But that fight we had wasn't something normal... Had we gone further, I would've died by fire. [/color] He lifts his torn left pant leg to show some scars of where Caesar had torn him up. [color=008888] "...But to be honest, she doesn't strike me as the evil mastermind type that would try to pull something subtle like that off." [/color]

"You were foolish to get involved in such a thing. There is a reason I find fighting to be barbaric." Rozalin replied to Rex as she glanced at his scar, showing not even a hint of sympathy. "And just because she doesn't 'seem the type' to try and kill everyone, does not mean she is innocent."

 

[Chungus]

Balthier walked out on the deck and took a deep breath. Like always, the figure wasn't far behind and walked up next to Balthier, speaking words that were still imposible for Balthier to decipher. After looking around no one was looking, Balthier turned to the figure and said, "Begone already! I don't appreciate your pressence." Though it was hard to make out, the figure looked saddened and turned her back on Balthier. [sub]"Keep it that way."[/sub] he muttered as he walked out further onto the deck.

Rex shrugs toward Rozalin. [color=008888] "It was supposed to be a training thing, nothing major. But Caesar went a little nuts to start off, and things just escalated... [/color] The guy shakes his head a bit. [color=008888]" Getting back to the point... If you're that worried about Bullet, just watch her more. Honestly, I think you're being a bit paranoid, but at least your reason for being so isn't idiotic." [/color]

Yukino finally sheathes her sword as she finishes up her practice. The girl warps up onto the deck and takes a quick look toward Balthier before giving him a short curtsy, spreading out her overcoat in place of a skirt. [color=BB66BB] "Hello there. Nice night, isn't it?" [/color]

Bryce looked up at the yelling ad saw Balthier. "Your virus giving you trouble?"

 

[Chungus]

Seeing the crimson edge of Yukino's blade in the distance, Balthier leaned on the railing and tried to get a better look. What's this then? He could make out the shape of a person, but not who it was. Just when he was about to call out to the distant figure, she teleported ontop of the deck. Slightly startled by her sudden appearance, he stapped back. "Indeed it is. Miss?" He answered, then trailed off at the end, wanting for Yukino to introduce herself.
Upon hearing Bryce, he groaned at the fact that someone had heard him afterall. "You could say that. It's been only two days, and already I can just feel my sanity slipping away." he said as he turned around and looked up.

 

[Drakmorg]

"I am not paranoid!...Although, since arriving here I've nearly been killed more times than I can count. I believe I have simply developed a healthy sense of suspicion. I have no intention of dying here." Rozalin replied to Rex. She sighed and looked away from Rex a bit more before saying, "Perhaps you can understand why I hate violence now. It is never 'nothing major'. People get hurt, and people die."

 

[FPSfanatic]

"Give it time. Whats the virus's name? Calling it just 'virus' strikes me as rude."

 

[Chungus]

"It doesn't have a name. I'm not going to acknoledge it as if it were a person." Balthier answered Bryce.

 

[DotSlash]

Rex shakes his head. [color=008888] "Sure I understand, since you haven't been fighting as long as I have. For you, it's barbaric and worthless. For people like me or Bullet, it's just another part of life. Trust me, I don't take this shit lightly, because I know about the pain and death involved with it. But I move on with my life instead of letting the pain hold me back." [/color]

Yukino smiles toward Balthier as she steps forward. [color=BB66BB] "I apologize for not introducing myself earlier. My name is Yukino Nishida. I'm a shinobi from another dimension. And you are...?" [/color] Her ears twitch a bit as she curtsies again. She gives Balthier a questioning look. [color=BB66BB] "What's this about a virus?" [/color]

 

[FPSfanatic]

"But it is a person. Or at least, it will be." Bryces smile turns to a frown. "and it should pick its own name. The moments when it first speak usually lead to its name. Has it not actually said words yet?"

 

[Chungus]

"A pleasure, I'm sure. Name's Balthier." Balthier replied, then shook his head slightly when Yukino asked him about the virus. "It's nothing worth mentioning." Looking back up at Bryce, Balthier crossed his arms. "It isn't it's naught but an ilusion brought on by a dicease affecting the mind. I am not going to lose my sanity actually acknoledging it as if it were real." he said with resolve. "But to answer your question: No. It hasn't "spoken"."

[small]"Fighting being a part of life...how pointlessly tragic."[/small] Rozalin muttered to herself. She sighed and said, "This subject depresses me. Imagining a life filled with the pain and death of others..." She cut herself off by sighing again. Her Four-Leaf Clover mark momentarily flashed onto the wall behind her, though she didn't even acknowledge it.

 

[FPSfanatic]

"Well apparently I won't convince you otherwise till it hapens. If I'm not there for the first words, tell her Dad said high. Caesar wanted that message delivered." he then stood up and found a place to sleep that let him see the stars.

Rex shrugs yet again, then notes Roz's mark flash. [color=008888] "Alright then, subject change. What was that that just flashed?" [/color]

Yukino smiles again. [color=BB66BB] "Nice to make your aquaintance. If you'll excuse me, I'll find myself somewhere to sleep." [/color] She walks into the carrier with a small wave goodbye.

 

[Chungus]

Balthier hmm'd in responce to Bryce, then turned back to Yukino. "No offence madam. But what makes you think there is room for you aboard?" Balthier asked as he walked after her, not all too fond of letting a stranger aboard the carrier.
