The receiver then picked up Valvatorez's rant and replied "Carrier 047 is this some sort of joke. Tomfoolery is unaccepted amongst the Arksharin Corps and your company will be suitably disciplined for your insubordination on arrival."

Aggie hmphed at Royce again before saying "Don't do it again." and then her stomach growled. "I'm hungry..."she moans as she watches Rex leave.

"Yes, I like the color and it seems to suit you well. Plus I think the design on the hood looks cute." Eve said D'awwing over Holly.

"I won't...as long as I don't have to." Royce said to Aggie. "Come on, I'll get you something to eat." he added as he opened the cell door and led the girl to the mess hall.

Blondie silently looked Black over, then left the room.

Holly smiled and hugged Eve lightly. "Aw...thanksss!" She said cheerfully.

"Shit, we missed some! Stop them before they destroy the comm-" He then swings his hand into the console, blowing out the controls, and then crushes the microphone with his other hand. He then turns to Val. "You GODDAMN moron! We won't be able to sneak in if they blow this ship up before we can dock!"

"MY insubordination?! I-" said Valvatorez before Fenrich covered his mouth and pulled him away, letting Bryce take over

Archimedes wound up next to the com links "We ram the freaking stuff sending them food. And than we simply wait until they starve or blow themselves up"

"Relax Fido, it was a boring conversation anyways. now we have a plausible excuse for why we stopped talking to them. Now pull your thinking cap on, we need to get sorted." He walked over to what he assumed was the intercom, and tapped at it. "All crew of the carrier Infiltrator, please report to the mess. That means anyone who can hear this." He then repeated it once or twice for good measure.

Yukimaru continued to wander aimlessly until she heard Bryce's announcement. She shrugged to herself and headed towards the mess hall.

Rozalin continued to sit in the mess hall, continuing to read and generally keep to herself.

Rex stopped himself short as Bryce's voice went over the intercom. Sighing, he walked himself back to the mess hall and leaned up against a wall.

Majeh sighed. "Let's get this over with..."
He made his into the Carrier and found his way to the Mess Hall. Once there he sat down in a chair and propped his feet up on a table to relax.

Aggie carefully follows after Royce, half-expecting him to push her back into the cell as some sort of sick joke.

Eve hugged Holly back. "I'm only telling the truth." she says plainly.

Through the static of the broken console the voice could be heard speaking. "Haven't *zzt*enced unique dock*sssss* code and *bbbzzzz*unds of stran*ttzzz* activity aboard Carrier 047. *sssssssss* Authorisation *zt*anted for Aerial *iizzz*ence Ordance to *bbbzzz* on Carrier 047"

From the outer ring of the base of the upper city rose three extremely large and strangely designed cannons that slowly lowered their aim and began targeting the Carrier. All along the cannon, blue electricity could be seen dancing up and down their barrels as they charged.

Royce was already in the mess when everyone started showing up. He brought Aggie off to a far corner with some food and tried to hide her from view.

Blondie sat in another corner, smoking.

I was rather startled to hear a voice that seemed to come from all around me. What sorcery was this that alowed a person's voice to echo across great distances like this? I didn't know what to make of it. Nor did I know why this person request that we assemble in a place called a "mess hall". Surely a place that is a mess would not be suitable for a meating? Seeing several other people make there way inside the construct however, I thought for a moment it would be best that I follow. That is, until I behald several shapes emiting a blue light that, from time to time, arced with electricity. I did not know for certain what this was, but a most ominous premonition crept over me. In the end, I decided to remain out on the open. Should this construct become a target for whatever was charging up in those juggernaghts, I could leap of the edge.

Bryce turns to see the console buzzing, and hears Ordnance. Blanching, he quickly runs back to the console and tries to find a way to speak to them, changing his voice back. He quickly begins rewiring it so that the intercom's mic could be used as a replacement.


OoC @Nile gonna leave it up to you to decide if Bryce has success with rewiring. Or should I just roll a d20?

 

[Furioso]

Valvatorez shouted at the rest of them "I will not abandon my honor in favor of lies, or to make things "easier."

Fenrich led Valvatorez away from the rest of them, calling back to Bryce he said "I told you, idiot."

Holly smiles at Eve again and yawns. "Ssstill...thank *yawns*...you..." Holly then fell asleep, lending against Eve. somehow she was still stood up right.
