Rozalin and Yukimaru had taken cover in a nearby building after hearing gunfire. Once the gunfire seemed to have stopped, Rozalin looked out and saw that Rex was injured. Not noticing Royce anywhere, she sighed and took it upon herself to help Rex. She ran out of cover, then dragged Rex back into cover as gently as possible and began to assess his wounds.
Yukimaru covered Rozalin's actions, keeping an eye out for attackers.

You really think the Upper city that constantly covers the lower city in dangerously high levels of smog and sparsely populates with soldiers is willing to sacrifice military resources to save those that barely produce any thing respectable to progress up? Essentially the lower city is an addition to the Upper city. It was a place where those who lost everything due to the head of a family dying or being stripped of power were thrown like garbage. Getting hit full on by the explosive fireball, Gijuk was send flying into a wall with great force. While his armour and natural resistance to fire prevented him from being wounded badly, the sheer force of the blast as well as the impact against the wall knocked the wind out of him. Gijuk slumped over, dazed.
His attacked blocked, Ba'Gamnan jumped backwards and deactivated the invisibility cloak, scowling as he did. "Why... ye annoying little..." Hissing, Ba'Gamnan turned around and ran off, heading towards the alleyway from where he came. "Change of plan! Head back towards that lift." he said over the comms channel, but recieved no reply.

OoC: Okay, I've been gone for two days and the city has been infected. Kind of want to know what I missed, because I actually have something in my backstory that needs to be used if Bryce is aware of it, and it could be compared to a zombie plague.
Blondie was far enough away that he didn't get hurt by Yukino's attack. He approached what was left of the building and saw the shooter, who he fired at.
