Black was still laid out, with Ratsel on top of her. luckily for Ratsel, black took most of the fall and so she was left with small scratches. (Ratsel that is, not Black.) Yukimaru would find Black's wounds consisted of several cut, small and large. the armor around Black's arms and legs started to disappear slowly.

Holly threw a french banger at Alex, then hid back in cover.

Seeing the second creature too had been slain, I consumed the soul that was released from its body as well. While the man I had followed here likely wouldn't see the soul, he might have notice the ethereal light that appears where my lower jaw had been when I feed. "I have been killed once before. Behold the result. What else have I to fear?" I answered, pulling the cloa back over my face and thinking little of the concern I was shown. "And I am no longer a vampire. I died and was reborn a wraith."

Making his way back into the alleyways, Ba'Gamnan deactivated his cloak, grinning in satisfaction when he heard the explosion.

 

[Random berk]

Having gained some room to breathe as Reimu and Marisa dealt with Caesar, Mercer was easily able to bat the airfuel grenade away with his shield. It exploded right next to him however and coated his shield with burning fuel. He snarled in pain and staggered back, waving the shield wildly in the air in an attempt to put the flames out. Glaring at Royce he whirled away and leapt up onto the roof. Ripping a tv antenna from the roof, he launched it at Royce with the speed of a crossbow bolt, before storming out of their line of sight still slapping at the flames on his arm.

Royce is impaled in the chest and falls to the ground.

Blondie had distanced himself from Royce's position so he was unable to help for the moment.

OoC okay, back and ready for action!

Caesar felt himself drop, and watched as Alex reacted badly to the flames. Changing tactics, he generated flames through his pores, which quickly coated the armor. He pulled himself up and charged Mercer, mouth open to breathe more fire. He glared as Mercer ran and followed, wings flapping to propel him up.

Rex shrugs a bit, walking toward the ladder they had entered on. [color=008888] "Even though you're not a pushover, those infected were alive once too. Now look at 'em." [/color] He points toward the piles of bodies everywhere. [color=008888] "Just keep yourself alive. And sorry about the misunderstanding. I'm not well versed in vampires, spirits and the like." Demons... sure. Other than that... nope. [/color]

Yukino smirks to herself as she sees Mercer trying to pat down the flames. Aiming from where she was, she slashes out and launches a crescent fireball toward Mercer, namely at the area where the fuel is dripping off of him. She jumps down near Yukimaru and Black and sighs. [color=BB66BB] "Shame she got hurt that much ... At least she's alive." [/color] The foxgirl reaches for Ratsel and pulls her over her shoulder with relative ease, as she leaps onto the rooftop to deposit her near Bullet and Rin.

"Well no need to dwell on it. Might as well do something while we are here. So who want's to get some food while we are here"

OOC: Mercer has fled to the rooftops.

Yukimaru sighed in relief upon seeing that Black and Ratsel's wounds were relatively minor. She gently hoisted Black onto her shoulder, seeing Yukino already handling Ratsel. She then jumped back on top of the building from earlier, having to jump off a few awnings to 'climb' as she was being weighed down by carrying someone.

Upon reaching the top, Rozalin happened to come out of the building onto the roof at the same time, now fully dressed in her normal attire. Yukimaru, left Black to be attended to by Rozalin, who set about disinfecting and bandaging up their cuts. She also worked on fixing up Ratsel's much less serious wounds after Yukino brought her onto the roof.

Seeing Mercer making a break for it, Yukimaru nearly chased after him, but then noticed Royce getting a large piece of metal lodged in his chest. She pointed it out to Rozalin, who headed down after treating Black and Ratsel. Rozalin nearly started to panic, as she had little idea of what she could even do to treat such a serious wound.

Mercer had gotten out of sight of Yukimaru by the time she started looking for him again. However, she did not Ba'Gamnan seeming to appear out of nowhere. Finding that rather suspicious in the circumstances, she started hopping along rooftops in an attempt to tail him.

 

[Chungus]

"Those abominations, as I understand it, merely underwent a metamorphosis. They did not change through death and rebirth as I did." I answered the man, following him back to the exit of the rancid sewers. "I assure you, remaining "alive" will not be a difucult task for me. You on the other hand. You might wish to thoroughly wash yourself. This virus these thing carry might be transferable via touch."

Ba'Gamnan was still walking towards the alleyways, oblivious to the fact that he was being followed. Gijuk, however, did notice his elder brother's persuer from his vantage point.
"Brother. Yer bein' followed. To yer left." he informed Ba'Gamnan over the comms chanel.
Ba'Gamnan snickered. "Good. Let 'em walk right onto our trap!"

Holly panicked when she saw Royce get stabbed in the chest. "What do we do? What do we do!" She asked worried.

The armor on Black had now totally disappeared, as she slowly came around giving a small groan as she woke up.

Rex sniffs himself, then scratches the back of his head, covered by his hood as he starts climbing back up the ladder. [color=008888] "Yeah.. guess I could really use a bath too." [/color] Reaching the surface, he looks over at the exploded front end of the inn and sighs, a little exasperated. [color=008888] "Hopefully, the back of that place has a working shower I can use to clean up..." [/color]

Looking over at Royce, he walks up to the scene and talks calmly to the impaled medic. [color=008888] "...Do you have still have that Pheonix thing on you? I've got an idea to get you out of this." [/color]

Yukino noted the sudden appearance of the lizardman. Realizing that the other one who had escaped her blade was bound to be around, she let out a breath as her tails glowed for a moment. She then became invisible and began to pursue the elder lizardman from farther back, scanning the surrounding area for the other one.

Archimedes came across Royce "Well seeing how almost nobody can survive getting impaled. My guess is we shot him" He said pulling out a gun

OOC: And rolled a 10. *wipes sweat away*

Blondie made his way back over. He remembered Royce's Phoenix could be used to heal people, and after messing around with it for a bit, he accidentally ended up healing him. The metal mass was forced out of him, but he remained on the ground for now.

"I...I don't know!" Rozalin nearly shouted at Holly as Holly's panicking tipped her over the edge into the panic zone. "This is far beyond what I'm capable of fixing, there's nothing I can do that won't just make things worse." She said, sounding rather solemn. Hearing Rex, she seemed to have an epiphany. "Of course! His healing...thing! That should fix this!" She announced. Seeing Archie pull out his gun and what he said, she drew her pistol and pointed it at his head. "Cease your actions this instant!" She growled.

Yukimaru, unaware that she had been spotted, continued to follow after Ba'Gamnan.

OoC: Alright, where is everyone/what's been going on

OoC @Demon: Lolz.
@Furioso: Bryce and Slenn's characters fought Alex, Rex and Raziel fought some muties, and Ba'Gamnan blew up the inn. Yukimaru and Yukino are now tailing him.

As I climbed the ladder as reached the surface, I noted the building the wayfarers had been staying in was all but destroyed. I also saw one of them had been severely wounded. I wondered, where these two things connected? It was more then likely. Seeing none of the abiminations nearby, I deduced that another opposing force must be responsible. Jumping up, I grabed on to a ledge of a building, then pulled myself up and leaped ontop of the rooftop. From this new vantage point, I saw one of the wayfarers, the one with the deficult to remember name, break off from the rest. Making my way across the rooftops, I followed her.

Moving through the alleyways, Ba'Gamnan came out at a street, with high buildings on either side.
Now no longer able to see his brother from the room he was in, Gijuk left and went to another room overlooking the street.

Letting out a sigh of relief, Rex walks away and heads into the exploded inn, looking for a place to wash off the smell. [color=008888] "Eh... Quite the pain." [/color] He manages to find a room near the back that's still operational. He drops his stuff off and walks in the shower.

Yukino continues on following Ba'Gamnan, while invisible, her eyes focused on her surroundings.
