@All: And I r here... Looks like some plot or something. And the Inn exploded(?) Where are my characters.
Spotting Yukimaru climb down, Gijuk tapped a button of the side of his helmet, opening another comms chanel. "Alright ye lot. Fire at will!"
As Gijuk gave the order, four laser sights came out of the darkened rooms from the adjacent buildings as snipers trained their sights on Yukimaru. Soon after they reveal their positions, they opened fire.
A fith sniper, who couldn't aim at Yukimaru as he was in the building she climbed down from, trained his sights on Yukino and also fired.

Ratsel slowly gets up, feeling a sharp pain, but just ignores it for the most part. Rin also gets up as well.
Bullet continues to sleep, but the explosion did help Bullet's argamus recharge.

"What do you mean by 'just leave'?" Rozalin asked Blondie, not completely understanding his intent. She waved to Ratsel and Rin as she noticed them wake up.

The sniper's bullets seemed to tear into Yukimaru...but before any blood was shed, a cloud of smoke appeared and obscured vision of her. After the smoke had cleared, a snowman with four holes in its body was standing where Yukimaru was before.
Then, rather suddenly, Yukimaru leapt from the shadows at one of the sniper's from behind and aimed to stab him twice in the back with her knives.

Valvatorez shook his head "I wouldn't understand a lightbulb to appreciate fine dining anyhow."
Fenrich glared at Holly "Only I may call him Lord Val!"
Valvatorez reassured Holly "Calm youself Fenrich, nicknames are a sign of trust! You may call me whatever you prefer, lass."

Black was about to get back, but heard gunfire, so she ran towards it. keeping herself in the shadows.

"Hey Sssleepy Headss!" Holly said to Ratsel and Rin as they woke up. "Kay then" She said to Valvatorez. "What'sss made you all cranky?" She asked Fenrich.

Yukino leaps into the air as the shot happens to miss her feet. In mid-air, she takes out her sword and a black mist seems to envelop her. Suddenly, the mist materializes into a large scythe with her sword substituting as a handle.

She swings at the snipers' camp with a diagonal slash that threatens to bisect the building.

Ratsel looked over at Rozalin. "Ah, good evening there Princess."
Rin smiled and nodded at Rozalin as well. She turned to Holly and chuckled. "Perhaps yesterday was... tiring."

His bloody business in the lower city complete, Mercer decided to start looking for a single clear path up the cliffs to upper city. He knew he would probably be able to run the whole way regardless, but hoped to cut down on time.
OOC: Seriously, it would be very nice to know if there's anything in particular to stop Mercer from doing just that. He wouldn't wait around this long with the infection already taking hold.

Caesar looked down at his arms and reached into one of the cuts Mercer had applied to him, and pulled out one of the tendrils, hissing as he did so.
OoC @Random there's a forcefield dealio over the entire upper city and lower city. Only things that get clearance can get through.

"I refuse to leave this town before we have completed our business here. Supposedly there's someone being held in the upper city who can aid me in returning home, and because it is the only lead I have, I can not afford to leave before I have found him." Rozalin replied to Blondie. She nodded and added, "Though I do agree that we most certainly need to pick up our pace." Turning to Ratsel, she said to her, "Good evening to you as well. We were discussing what our next course of action should be."
@Random: As far as I know, the upper city has an electro-barrier around it. Of course, Alex wouldn't be able to see it until he actually touched it...
