Reimu was getting a little bit peeved that this was the third time no one answered their question.

Marisa was chill enough to ask Rex with patience.
"We'll follow you Rex, and we'll fly up there, but can you tell us where's Bryce? Where's Alex? And what is in the upper city?"

Seeing no sign of Alex returning, Majeh slashes his sword to remove the blood off it, and sheathes it in the horizontal scabbard on his back. "Coward. I'll kill you next time our paths cross."

He leaps up a building and quickly makes his way back to the others, jumping off to land amongst them. "For the record, Bryce's buddy is mine."

Archimedes turned his backpack into a jet pack and followed Yukino "Guess you aren't to shake me anytime soon"

Rozalin opted to stay at the camp. I just spent all day flying around this wretched husk of a city. I think I'm entitled to a bit of rest. She rationalized to herself as she stretched her tired wings for a few moments before folding them back up and sitting down. Hearing Marisa, she answered her, "I have yet to see Bryce since last night, and I do not think I even know of anyone named Alex, but I do know that in the upper city there is supposedly someone who can help me return home."

[color=01B7FF]"I could easily lead people to the lift, zam."[/color] Yukimaru interjected. Hearing Rex, she rooted around in her pack for a bit and produced a few guns that she had taken off the dead soldiers from the carrier. [color=01B7FF]"Here you go, zam."[/color] She said to Rex as she held out the guns for Rex to take.

OoC: I'd jump in, but there's some stuff I gotta do and then it's off to bed for classes tomorrow, just assume my characters are following along

Rex shrugs toward Marisa. [color=008888] "Last I saw of Bryce, He was talking with Eve. And who the hell is this Alex guy?" [/color] Turning to Majeh, he scratches his head a bit. [color=008888] "Yukino said she was going to come to find you to take us to the lift. Can you slow down a bit so the group can keep up with you?" [/color]

As Yukimaru hands him a set of guns, his eyes light up. [color=008888] "Awesome... Feel free to lead the group then. And keep a hold on the guns, I can't carry this many in my hoodie." [/color]
He hands her back the guns and awaits her movement.

As she breezes along the rooftops, Yukino sees that Majeh already made his way back to the group. Sighing in relief, she continues on her way toward the lift. Turning back to Arch, she nods. [color=BB66BB] "That would be the point of me leading you people, correct?" [/color]

Blondie shifted around a bit, feeling uncomfortable holding the small child in his arms.

Royce decided to walk over to Roz and sat next to her. "Hey, were you looking for training in medicine and stuff?" he asked with a small smile.

 

[Saltyk]

Majeh shrugs. "It's fine by me. I guess I can lead you all there." He replies to Rex, then looks to the others. "Get ready to move. Or I'll leave you behind." He said a bit agitated.

 

[Slenn]

"Alex is the hooded man you told us about. He attacked Bryce and us after trying to get information out of him about the infection."

"... But uh... Well yeah that actually makes sense"

 

[Drakmorg]

Yukimaru placed the guns back in her pack, then returned it to her back. (OOC: I hope no one minds me god-modding their characters like this, but it would be a pain to do anything else.) Looking around, she noticed all the sleeping people, then went around waking everyone up and telling them it was time to move. [color=01B7FF]"I'll let Sir Majeh take the lead, zam. I'll stay at the back to make sure no one falls behind or gets lost, zam."[/color] She announced. Turning to Majeh, she said to him, [color=01B7FF]"I think everyone is about ready to move now, zam."[/color]

"Hmm? Oh, yes indeed I was. That Bryce fellow taught me quite a bit last night though. I am still going over it all in my head to ensure that I do not forget anything important." Rozalin answered Royce. Hearing that they were about to move, she stood back up and stretched her wings out.

Rex nods toward Majeh, then turns to Marisa. [color=008888] "Mercer? No idea. Dude can burn in hell for all I care. [/color] Afterward, Rex bashes in a nearby window and shoves the glass into his hoodie pockets. [color=008888] "I'm all set now... Let's go!" [/color] He turns on the boosters on his feet, ready to go.

Yukino just rolls her eyes for a moment, as she continues on.

Eve finally snapped out the stupor that Bryce's words had put her in and immediately reacted to his previous comment. "What? What! You're telling me th-that the thing that jumped up onto the platform and nearly made me fall off as well as spat acid at me whilst captured was you? You were that thing?" she said with fear slowly appearing in her voice.

The figure who exited the portal earlier was standing on the lift's platform. Tapping away at mid-air again whilst reading data off the screens floating in front of him. "Hmm." he mused again before exiting the lift and moving to the side. He stood on a panel next to one of the lifts supports and crouched down to key in a code before the panel he was stood on suddenly began speedily rising in the air towards the Docking Station.

"Oh...What did he teach you?" Royce asked as he stood with her.

Blondie was waiting for the group, glad that Holly didn't wight much.

 

[Saltyk]

"Alex is also my prey. I wonder if a virus can feel fear... Even if it can't, it will learn to fear me." Majeh said, coldly.

He starts walking in the direction of the lifts. "When you're ready come here, and we'll go." He says, crossing his arms.

@Dot. What? Why does Rex not know about Mercer or Alex?

Reimu got her spirit energy ready and her yin yang orbs. Marisa hopped on her broom and followed Rex wherever he went.

@Slenn: Don't think Rex was there when Bryce's friend got killed on radio, so he wouldn't know about Alex(As I remember, it was Yukino who was there). Rex does know about Mercer though, it's just that he doesn't know about Mercer's location and couldn't care that much since the group's moving now.

@Rosh: Plot advancing. Rex is gonna hack the lift to the upper city unless Nile's new character is going to fuck things up again.

Arakel looks up from a corpse, which seems to be covered in pieces from other bodies, and various runes.
"Just be moment."
He places a hand on the body, and focuses. The marks slowly spread and start stitching the skin on the body back together. The patchwork body rises, then stretches.
Arakel stands up and walks over to the rest of the group. The body follows him.

Rex walks over toward Eve and Bryce and waves at them. [color=008888] "It's time to move you two. We found a lift to the upper city. Might wanna have Bryce fly you over." [/color] He signals for the two to follow him back to the group.
