OOC: While I'm trying to figure out where the hell my lecturer put the data for our latest field report, I guess I may as well post.
Jensen woke up in the dingy room that he had picked out the previous night. Scrambling off the hollow metal framed cot, he pulled on a pair of black trousers, and stopped to glance in the grimy little mirror on the wall as he did so. Briefly, he ran his eyes over his bare torso, where the sallow skin on his chest met with the gleaming black plates of his prosthetic shoulders. Even under the natural skin, he could see where he was as much machine as man. A tubular metal frame ran across his ribcage, reinforcing it and bracing his arms, and just behind his collarbones, two slender pistons protruded from the skin and disappeared back into the base of his neck, where they would be hidden by his body armour. The nozzles of the Typhoon system dotted his chest and back. Frowning, Jensen turned his attention to the implant scar on his forehead. The area around the scar was bruised, no doubt due to the blow to the head he had recieved in the VTOL crash.
"So that's what's been causing those feedback bursts. Great." He muttered, before stepping away from the mirror and strapping his armoured vest on over his chesst, then putting on his trenchcoat. His shades extended over his eyes as he left the room.
