OOC: @Saltyk I was thinking of just introducing my other character via a brief skirmish. He'd be less averse to killing people, and might be more intriguing as well.

Once Icarus left Rita got up, but she was shaking. "...9 gold will be fine..." she said to the shop keeper, visibly upset

 

[Kirke]

The Rookie took out his datapad and, with a few presses, played the same recording that he'd played earlier. He held out the datapad, so that Savranth could hear what had been said.

 

[Saltyk]

"Yes, I'm well aware that Blake is intending to attack a Legaian village with few defenses. And if he does have any ill intent, it is better we be there to stop it, wouldn't you agree?" Savranth replied to the Rookie's effort.

[hr]

"Just take it and go, fool girl. I don't want anyone to associate us." The shopkeeper hissed as he went back to his booth, and made a hoarse cough.

@Random: That is fine. I'll let you take over as GM for that event.

Rita took the amulet and got the hell out of town as fast as she could.

Hearing that what the group had to say was nothing of interest to him, Loki left Winterhorn, heading to Everwood.

 

[Kirke]

The Rookie nodded, putting away his datapad. He glanced over his shoulder for a moment, then nodded again, seemingly at his rucksack.

"Shall we get going, then?" Savranth asked as he started for the school's gates.

Rita would make her way out, all but unimpeded. She may notice that there were several sick people, not just the Shopkeeper, though.

Adam held out a hand, and some ink poured off it. The small, black puddle slowly moved away, back towards Yukino, where it would stop and inform her that the group had left to stop Blake.
Once that was done, Adam turned and followed Savranth.

The Rookie followed Savranth and took out his SMG, holding it at ease. He seemed almost calmed by holding it.

OOC:Well... yeah. I wouldn'treally call it GMing though. Particularly considering that this shouldn't be a full scale fight, unless people are feeling psychotic today.

Cynane loaded her cart and hitchedit up to Stripe, before climbing on his back and setting off after the group.

OoC @Berk: Silly Berk. This is WAOA. Everyone always feels psychotic!

Having climbed down the mountain, Loki momentarily "summoned" the map to get his bearings before dismissing it again and heading towards the direction of Everwood. As the temperature changed into a more mild one, Loki sighed, much prefering the cold.

As the group began leaving, Rica waved them goodbye.

Rita kept going. She found the state of this place deplorable, but there was nothing she could do against Icarus, her spells required time to cast and freedom of movement. She continued to try and leave the city, heading north.

OOC: @Trilby and @Nail Well, as long as no one feels like being a complete bast...actually, Nail, I've got my eye on you for this one.

Heading down the mountain, the group eventually came to the signs at the crossroad.

North: Winterhorn
East: Everwood
South-West: Lakewest
South-East: Rockbyrd

Now, outside the city, Rita was far from Icarus.

Rita found a rock to sit on and grabbed the magnifying glass clipped to her robe. She started examining the mythril amulet, trying to see how easy it would be to shape and anything else she could learn.
